THE INTERIUM BAIL ORDER IS IN FORCE TILL FINAL HEARING OF MAIN APPLICATION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL.BUT IF THE INTERIM BAIL IS REJECTED THAN WHAT ABOUT THE ANTICIPATORY BAIL. IF THE INTERIM BAIL IS REJECTED THAN CAN A ACCUSED CAN GET THE ANTICIPATORY BAIL OR THAT WILL ALSO BE REJECTED.

Section 225 of the criminal procedure code, 1973
In every trial before a Court of Session, the prosecution shall be conducted by a Public Prosecutor. so can we say that the lower court below the session court there are no public prosecutor or what ?
Difference between interim bail, regular bail & anticipatory bail ? which section defines the following bail ?

respected members,
on my complaint a case us 148/149/323/452/506 was registered against accused persons, but on the same day accused persons inflicted some injuries on their body with friendly hands and got showed a fracture on the left hand index finder, got medically examined and a false cross case registered against us u/s 148/149/323/325/506, after about one month of the incidence (DDR was recorded on the complaint of accused persons on the next day of incident but false cross case was registered after about one month), POLICE AND ADDITIONAL S.P IS HELPING THE ACCUSED PERSONS, i on the next day of incident write, s.p of city and C.M.O of civil hospital that injuries are self inflicted, and once again after 15 days demanded for medical board examinations of accused persons, and after 5 months again demanded medical board and forensic expert medical examination of accused persons that injuries are self inflicted, but no action has been taken by S.P, CMO, DGP, IG etc on my application for appointment of medical board and forensic expert. now challan is yet to be presented against both of us parties in the court of JMIC, can i give an application before JMIC, before filing of challan by police for appointment of medical board ???? Can JMIC, give Directions to police before filing Challan for appointment of Medical board ??? is JMIC is competent to order for appointment of medical board for the examinations of accused persons to know that injuries are self inflicted with friendly hands or not ?????? plz guide, challan of police is yet to be presented

Hi All-
I want to apply for reissue/renewal of my passport which is coming to expiry . there is one case on my name in local court and trial is running on. still judgement is pending.
will this case cause any trouble which stops me to get my passport renewed ?
there is a column in passport form which asks us to fill if there are any cases on our name . Do i have to fill it or can i ignore it...if we ignore wat are the consequences ?

how difficult / easy is to get the no objection certificate from local court to issue a passport .
1)what is the procedure ?
2)what are the official expenditures involved in that ?
3)how manys days process is this ?
4)whom to approach ? can any advocate do this?
5)will it depend on case to case. my case section is 292d

Question: A fake fir has been registered against me? A friend of my who is a lawyer said that file a Criminal Misc. Application in the High Court under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR. I don’t know the meaning of what does the criminal Misc. application means because my uncle who is an advocate said file a Criminal Misc. Petition. I am not in a position to ask what does it means to my friend & uncle because of our relationship. So can any one explain me the meaning of the above words in criminal law?
It will be help for me.

Sir, I was a guaranter to rhe loan.the loan is settled in "one time settlement".The whole amount is deposited on 30/03/2011.But yet bank has not returned the following documents: 1. Loan clearence certificate. 2.NOC for "mortgaged properties & auctioned property"\ 3.the blank cheque deposited against the amount to be disbursed. Sir plz guide me can I file criminal suit against the bank authorities for upholding the documents even when loan amount is disbursed & can I claim compensation for my mental & financial harassment.
