Former Telecom Minister A Raja, arrested for his alleged role in 2G Spectrum allocation scam, was sent to Tihar Jail by a Delhi court on Thursday under 14-days' judicial custody. But my understanding judicial custody means not in jail in short can we say that that he is tihar jail means police custody? What actually police custody means in jail where police authority sites or where there is a police station in which jail is in built?
Difference between police custody & judicial custody?

Can a man of 40 yrs raping a girl of 22 yrs get a bail if he has got imprisonment for 10 yrs.. if so how much bail amount will be and what will be time frame for receiving the bail the case is in Uttarpradesh and the family is applying for the bail in high court?

I and my family are accused of false dowry harrasment case.
Girl was never harmed in any way, mentally or phyiscally.
I want your help in understand, how court would determine truth when oral evidence given by wife and her family differ from husband and family.
Does being an accuse undermine one oral evidence ?

Advocate criminal case.
If the criminal case is filled on the advocate then he has to give up the practice for how many years or month even thought the Honourable court has acquittal him any provision than bring forward.
Whether he/she can be removed form the State BCI membership registar as soon as FIR is registered or when the court has to give the imtimation to the respective state BCI to remove this name.
