original bills can be submit at time of final argument in 498a

hello,

can a hospital bills, jewelleries bills, bank statements can be submits at time of final oral arguments by accused persons to support his defence in 498a case.

also it's permitted to submits those orginal copies of bills after u/s313 crpc statement of accused at time of final arguments to prooves false allegation made by complainant.

kindly clearify and advise if any.

hello all learned i am the lawyer of complainant and he lodged the complain u/s 138 of nego thrrough me now at present the said case is on the evidence but i am not contact with him he left his service place there is not any kind of the contact from there now what i should do ? Accused is ready to pay the amount the complainant but complainant is not there whether court can dismiss the case even though lawyer present in the case on behalf of him pls inform me regards

EVIDENCE U S 67 OF I T ACT 2000

Dear sir,

one of my relative is arrested under sect 67 of I T ACT 2000 ( at present he is out after bail).
I need clarification on what are the evidence required by cyber police in court during trail.
1. cyber police collected IP address.. what is meaning of IP address.
2.cyber police do not have computer system ( hard disk)., which is outside india.
3.they cannot collect harddisk from cyber centre outside india.
4.with out harddisk., is must ? in court

private criminal complaint

I am on behalf of Complainant. Complainant has filed private criminal case u/s. 420, of the IPC. The examination in chief of the complainant is over. In the mean time the complainant expired. what will be the next step so that I can proceed with the complaint.???? reply.....

Jurisdiction u/s 138N.I.Act

bank served summons from other state whereas i took the loan from delhi branch and also signed the agreement in delhi.Can the case be transfered to delhi. Actually bank able to get bail warrant. I m on bail but the date of hearing has beebn in july.can the matter be shifted to delhi?

wife has made claim that husband is still in possesion of 50 pavan of gold, while truth of matter is she has already taken majority of gold back to her place. husband is willing to give back whatever is left but how can he prove wife claim is false and he does not have that gold

can he file fir against his FIL, since suspect, gold would be in his locker.
how would police investigate this case and find out truth.
