Dear Sir,
I am from Punjab and got married to my husband in 1984. He is an army officer and i am a house wife. We had a daughter in 1985. In 2008, he forcefully got married to another woman without divorcing me. He suppressed me and my daughter by threatening and beating us. My daughter was studying at that time. He threatened me by saying that if i raised my voice, he would stop funding my daughter's education and if needed also kill her. Now after 3 years, my daughter is standing on her own feet and is married. Today i have nothing to loose and hence have decided to raise my voice against my husband. I want to take a legal action against him.. Also, my husband has a son from that lady (2 months old). He has straightforwardly told me that he would not give a penny to me and my daughter from his self acquired property and would give everything to his son and the 2nd lady. Infact, there is plot in uttar pradesh which is registered on my name, however he has kept the registration copy and has refused to give me that also.
Please guide me.

I am private advocate going to appear for state in u/s302 IPC case.can u plz suggest me what is the procedure of trial of this case.like when police submit challan,before challan it is only appearence of accused,what is the role of private advocate in state side case.plz guide me properly.

I want to study in depth to know in which section or rules, it is written that an affidavit will be submitted alongwith the surety-bond for bailable offence and what will be the performa of the Affidavit. In law where it is written that a person standing surety for one accused can not be surety of any other accused in any other case.

I am facing a false dowry case. During investigation uncle of my wife has told that he has seen giving dowry during marraige. This he hase told to police after a year of marriage.
In between my wife had filled a torture case during which time invetigation was doen and no body told about dowry to police.
Thus it show that they had hidden fact about a crime (did not tell about dowry to police for a year)and and also he participated in a marriage (signs as witness) in which he HE KNOWS CRIME WAS COMMETINED
what action acn be taken gainst him? Any IPC applicabe?
He is a govt employee

what is chargesheet content,
what all information it has, would it be detail report or brief summary of allegation intially made at time of Fir.
Can witness, bring new allegation which is not mention in chargesheet.
What is evidential value of chargesheet.

Myself Pankaj, my wife filled 498A against me for her unusual demand of money and separation from family and independency of doing anything in her life.
As per her report files the incident taken place in Indore and Chennai where i worked , but she filled the case from her parents home town Patna.
i never been to Patna marriage is also taken place in Indore
I want to know that can i file Quashing before HC saying that the incident is not locally and false

if the advocate sent a reply of notice 138 N.I.Act on behal of his client and his client is ready to give Rs.1,83,000/- which is only liable to give sender and his client sent a cheque with reply but his client fail to comply his liability for some financial problem then the complainant who sent a legal notice can file complaint u/sec.420 Cr.P.C. against the advocate who sent a reply on behalf of his client?

PLEASE HELP
Dear All,
I have been falsely framed u/s138 at Tis Hazari Court.
Although my case is strong technically but due to negligence of 2 earlier counsels, my case has gone in several complications.
First counsel delayed filing of reply for 3 hearings. A cost was imposed and I had to change my counsel.
The second counsel did file-but it the procedure was all wrong. Another 2 dates gone.
In the process the cross examination of complainant never happened and my exam in Chief has started(done in partial).
PLEASE SUGGEST ME GOOD ADVOCATE WHO IS AN EXPERT IN 138 CASES AT TIS HAZARI.
WITH DUE RESPECT - I WANT AN ADVOCATE WHO IS A 'KIDA' IN 138 CASE ALONGWITH TAXATION EXPERT.
