I am Ajay Kumar Reddy, My ex-wife (Family Court has given on Cruelty basis and HC of Chhattishgarh also approved that decision in favour of me) has given the false affidavit and False evidence in front of the court in 498 Case. I have given the application of 340crpc with all evidence. In this 498A case all the evidence has finished from both side. In my favour Notary has also given the evidence, My ex-wife has given the application alongwith affidavit also. In that affidavit Notary has notified on 9th May 2008 but my ex wife has signed and she has written date 22nd May 2008. Notary has told to the court that she has done wrong thing this affidavit is notrified on 9th May 2008 not on 22nd may 2008. She has given the wrong statement also which is written in the affidavit also. So all the point I have given in that application. My quarry is fallowing:-
1. Weather the court has to give the decision before the final judgment of 498A or 340 CRPC judgment can give alongwith the 498A judgment. What law is told about giving the judgment on 340CRPC?
2. When the 340CRPC application is decided that time my ex-wife also attend the court, I want to ask for the judgment weather court has to give the samans to my ex-wife on the judgment she stood infront of court? Because on this 10th of Aug final argument on 498A case. So if any judgment or law thn please tell me it is urgent by showing that judge will decide as per law.
3. There is any judgment that 340 CRPC has to decide before final judgment or it is the under discretion power of judge.
Because I feel after putting the application of 340CRPC court has 4 (four) time date for giving the decision on 340CRPC but after 4times has told us that first do final argument then he will give the final judgment and that time he will decide 340CRPC application and court has not issued any samans to my ex-wife.

I want to know the jurisdiction to lodge the FIR u/s 498 A IPC cases.
A wife lives with her husband in her matrimonial home at delhi, after some time she left her matrimonial home and started to live at her parental home in Mumbai. She lodge a FIR u/s 498A IPC, against her husband and in laws in a police station at Mumbai.
Now my question is which police station have jurisdiction to lodge the FIR u/s/ 498 a in this matter, as per my view mumbai police have no jurisdiction, only Delhi police can lodge FIR. Please clarify the matter with your views and any citation if available on jurisdiction matter.

Respected Sir,
By Amendment act 2008,in crpc 1973, new section inserted :-
1.new section 2(wa)Defination of "Victim".
By which purpose this word is inserted in this code? Even here in other sections the word is used to indecate victim of rape. so, a person suffering any loss or injury by another offence, included or not?
I m confused!

I paid money to a ready made shop owner 1 year ago and he issued cheque in his shop name. Before six months he ceased business and refused to return the money. He said I ceased my business and cancelled the R.C (Sales Tax Registration), further he said if you are able to prosecute on me, I am ready to face the case.
In this circumstances, Shall I prosecute on the person.
Kindly advice me.

Is submitting false affidivit to court is offence?
If yes, under which IPC, i will file case against them?
r both punishable in this? (who has somebody forced to do so & who has done).
What is min & max punishment for the same?

hello sir,
My friend accused by 417 and 420 these two sections. he got the bail. its the falls complaint that girl told her uncle is help to abort the child. the sub inspector don't mention in this to the charge sheet b'coz sub-inspector got money from the opposite party.
Please help to my friend ,aug4 is finished conditional bail. I want to know when the summon will come , how long the case will run , monthly how many times he want to attend case ( he is working in private company so only i ask) ..
how to finish this case soon. my friend is trying to government job. please help my friend.

Hello all
Me and my family has been threatened by my inlaws for a false Dowry case.
I live outside India and even i have not lived with the girl for a single day. We had a marriage in temple in 2010 for getting visa There was no Barat and Doli and even no body knows that we had married. and then actually marriage was planned later 2011. we also have the marriage cards distributed from both families. But due to sudden death of our close relative, Marriage was cancelled.
Girl was having issues in living with me. as I am highly educated, but a simple person. She thought, i am an NRI and earns lots of money, later after knowing that she told false stories to her parents and created my bad image. and she did everything to made me angry and recorded my voices on phone in order to prove that i am asking for Dowry. there has been lots of issues like this, which she told her parents.....Now girls parents think that i am guilty person, who is responsible for everything.
girl's parents are not at all listening to us. somehow we arranged a meeting and then they told that they will put a dowry case against us. and also asked for some money in lakhs Rupees.
We are ready to pay. but they even after that not willing to sign the divorce paper.
when somebody called them, they dont reply properly. they say, we will tell you in few days. we are just worried, how to protect us...we dont have any Lawyer in our family, so i need to find on Internet. I hope you can help me.
Our marriage was held in Yamuna Nagar Haryana, my mother is still residing there.

if any report is to be submitted by any superior police office he can make order for further investigation pending orders of magistrate.does the above statement means superior officer can act of his own will without order of magistrate

a person induce me to invest a multilevel marketing scheme that i would be definitely become karorpati if i invest money through his account when i was invest 2.5 lakh through his/his wife,his brother in law accounts after 1& half year they could return single penny.i told them i am going to file complaint against ur act. than all three prepare a compromise deed and gave me 50 thousand and told me that said company has closed his business and website is close. after that i received 50 thousand instead of 2.5 lakh and signed Co.deed. but after some time i noticed that said company is working and all tree person cheated me and got my signed /consent fraudulently on compromise.after legal advise i have filed a complaint 200 crpc with the application crpc u/s 156/3 MM directed me to compromise immediate to accused other wise he impose heavy cost on complainant side this order is fit and with justice anybody can help . i am waiting to my legal experts is it justice or not.
