Dear Sir,
i am a law student, who felt in love with a lawyer practicing in Supreme Court of India. I knew this fact that he is married, but, still i was in deep love with him. but he betrayed me and misused my documents and got a credit card issued in my name and later i came to know that his wife was involved with him in getting a credit card of 1.25L limit.
Not only this, i gave some money to his wife with utmost faith and she issued a cheque in favor of me against that amount, when i submitted that cheque in my account i got to know that she got those cheques stopped but later she managed to revoke those cheques and i received the funds in my account but after 15 days i received a letter from my bank that his wife has lodged FIR against me and bank has wrongly credited my account through that cheque. now my bank has restricted the debt facility from my account.
What should i do. He and his wife are trying to take that money from me. They are trying to take everything of my family. However, we used to have a very good family relations.
What should i do. please help
Regards
Garima

Dear friends!
A client has engaged me as his counsel in a writ petition. as part payment of fee, he has given me a cheque issued by an other person whom I do not know at all. I guess that my client appears to be clever and may be defrauding. what should I do if the cheque is dishonoured?

Ld Counsels,
A complaint was filed alleging dowry demand and I have got AB from high court. I have also given my statment during investigation. No FIR was registered.
After one and half months another complaint was filed and a FIR was registered u/s 420,417. In the second complaint there are allegations of threat to life to the complainant. This is made to harass me. I have received summons from court u/s 420 and 417. Now do I need a bail for the second complaint. The investigation is over for the second complaint. KIndly clarify what will happen to first bail and why do I need second bail. No FIR was registered on first complaint.
Kindly clarify the proposition of law in this regard and I pesonally dont like to go thro another surrender and surety process for the second complaint. Even my lawyer didnot advise for another bail. Will the court ask for bail for the second complaint on the first appearance.
Pls clarify.
Thanks
siddharth

Res.Lnd.members,
I authored a book on "competitive exam" in 1999 & got it published. This year this was 7th edition. But i haven't got it copyrighted so far.
yesterday, the same book has been spotted by me in a book stall with slight modification & in different title;I can prove that the book is photocopy of mine. It's worthmentioning here that this book too hasn't been copyrighted.
Under the circumstances, what should i do for my remedies and for immdt arrest of the persons that infringed my lit. work?
What are the procedures in this matter to arrest the culprit, stop the circulation of his publication & what are the provisions for the loss that I suffered?
And have i to engage a lawyer or I can take the case by myself, coz I'm confident to take the case by myself.
Thanks in anticipation.
RTI reply is enough for prooving desertion?
Dear Experts,
After leaving me, my wife stayed at the staff quarters for 2 months and subsequently got her job transfered to her hometown, If I get these details through RTI, is it enough for prooving desertation,if I go for divorce? (we are living separately for 2 years). Please reply.
