Friends,
I am defending a case in which there has been filed negative Final Report by police that no offence is made out and case is of Civil nature. But despite of this fact a senior police official ordered for re-investigation and arrest all the person having been charged. And some of them arrested as well.
I m favoring accused side.
please refer some judgments to come out the situations..Please...

Can husband family seek justic for abetment to attempt to suicide against wife and her family, he was mentally harassed by false case and impotency claims.

Section 340 Cr PC has been devised as a way to prohibit and create a fear in the mind of those who file false documents or give false evidence in the Court of Law.
how to file a case under section aginst wife and her family, is it bailable and how month of punishment under this section if proven wrong.

please give me a drafting of a complaint against a chandigarh based police constable, who made fake promise of marriage with a woman and having physical relation without her consent.....but after this incident she said him for their marriage ,but he denied strongly .then she go to court for justice .but even her advocate cleverly met with accused person and without complainant consent withdraw case. this incident is of year 2007 .but still she has not got justice. now she files a complaint in public window(women welfare cell in sector 9 of chandigarh) against police staff .but she has not medically examined herself after the incident of rape i think it is her loose point .. but she engaged me as lawyer .. i am fought her case free of cost.. i have to file a complaint on 19 april i.e.tuesday so i respectfully prayed sir please give me drafting i am fresher in this field....

HELLO ALL LEARNED
A WIFE LEFT HER HUSBAND'S HOME WITH THE CHILDREN, THEREAFTER IN BUS WHERE SHE COMES VERY NEAR TO HER PARENTS HOME CONSUMED POISION AND INFORMED TO PARENTS THAT SHE HAS TAKEN POISION SHE WAS ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL FOR THE 15 DAYS WHERE SHE LODGED THE FIR AND GIVEN THE D.D. ALSO AND HE CLEARY STATED THAT HER HUSBAND WAS USED TO HER AS PROSTITUTE SO SHE CONSUMED THE POISION
NOW SHE WOULD LIKE TO COMPROMISE WITH THE CONDITION THAT HER HUSBAND SHOULD PURCHASE THE HOME IN THE NAME OF HER
AND SHE MAKES DRAMA BEFORE THE COURT. THE MARRIAGE PERIOD OF THEM IS MORE THAN 7 YEARS AND NOT A SINGLE CRIMINAL COMPLAIN LODGED AGAINST THE HUSBAND THE REAL FACT IS THAT SHE HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH THE OTHER MAN BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROVE WHAT DEFENCE SHOULD BE TAKEN IN THE COURT PROVIDE JUDGEMENTS IF ANY ONLY 498-a SECIONS CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERD AGAINST THE HUSBAND

"A" "B" "C" "D" all are neighbours and females, above all are went to Public Tap for water for their use. "A" hited by "B" "C" "D" at public tap then "A" gave complaint in a police station against "B" "C" "D".
But police registered a case against all including "A" under section 160 of Indian Penal Code.
Fine imposed by court Rs.100/- per accused "B" "C" "D" admitted in court and paid fine. but "A" did not admitted in court. "A" contesting case in a court. now case stage is in Trail.
Still "B" "C" "D" are harrassing as no one can punish us by any body to "A" at public tap.
my querries are:
1. "A" wanted to file a another case in RDO
2. If "A" file a case in RDO Court, is it comes under Double Jeopardy or not
3. If "A" wanted to file a case, which section application
please give valuable suggestions Dear all experts

generally in mact cases magistrate consider that the fault is always heavy vehicle despite by the fault of smaller veichel .suggest me the on thing i have a one mact case this my client have a discover 125cc bike and met with accident a moter bike namely hero honda 100 cc my client got serious injury on his head and another person got simple injury.when we file a mact case the respondent take a defence that pettioner has a heavy veichle than me and the accident was occured by the negilance of pettioner himself. here pettioner coverd under the no fault liablity deciding the compensation under mact act. kindlly suggest .

We did the Panchnama on Firday Morning as we cannot do it after sunset. Pls provide me the rule or section of the Crpc which says that Panchnama cannot be performed on night or we can say after sunset.
