I am facing a case under section 138 of NI Act. On the very first appearance in the Court, the Judge through his orders closed my opportunity to cross examine the complainant for not moving an application u/s145(2). Later on when I changed my counsel, I moved an application u/s 145(2) in the same court, the application is present in the case file of court. On next date of hearing, the judge didn't listened to us and gave the final opportunity to lead and conclude the whole defence evidence and with the cost of Rs. 5000/-. What should I do now, as on date the application is pending u/s 145(2) AND THE JUDGE IS ASKING TO LEAD THE DEFENCE EVIDENCE.
iI request all the Ld. Members and experts to help me and suggest, what to do. I will be highly obliged and Thanks in advance

My neighbour stays in adjacent B wing whose back wall connects to Terrace of our Wing. C.
Without proper permission from the Society, he has illegally made entry access to this and uses daily despite objection from the C wing residents.
Since I am more vocal about it, he has filed an NC under false allegation and finally the Police station (Executive Magistrate in the same police station) has filed a case u/s 111 and issued notice of Chapter Case Notice u/s 107. I too had given written explanation against his 1st NC with photos of his illegal access. Further I too filed a written complaint against him twice but nothing moved ahead.
Now with some influence in the Police Station he has managed to get a chapter case registered against me.
The Police tried to dispose this matter by convincing me to sign a BOND but I disagreed and informed that this will be decided by putting my case across and be decided on merit.
But I doubt this will be in my favour because of his influence in the Police Station.
What are my options in this case
Can someone advise how to handle this and if its not in my favor how and where to appeal for justice

Respected sir, A plaintiff presented directly a cheques in the accused bank and dishonored by the bank of accused. can plaintiff file a case in our permanent residential place?

I had been falsely implicated to a case in 2011 u/s 294b, 323, 324, 343, 506 (ii). The I.O removed my name while framing charge sheet after I explained him that I were on the way to college and not in the spot.
The case is pending trial currently and while during witness examination, the complainant and his false witness mentioned my name again. From the eservices of court, I could find that a summon has been issued to me u/s 319.
I am yet to receive any summons so far, but in this hearing I found the comment as "PP Accused called absent. Issue fresh notice to PP accused by 02.04.2019."
1) What should I do, should I wait till the summon, or do I need to check with someone in the court.
2) Is it possible to prove it as false case despite the availability of false witness?
Here is a small background about the incident. My neighbor and my parents had problems related to drawing water from a common well. we obtained temporary injunction from the court to prevent his interference and we were drawing water from the well. On a specific day my neighbor took the fuse carrier which resulted in a quarrel. After this incident, he admitted himself in G.H and complained that my Mother, Grandfather and I had beaten him with wood and threaten to kill. He neither had any injuries nor swelling.
But my neighbor and his cousin who is acting as false witness is ready to testify that we had beaten him.

I need to send a legal notice to my employer for forced resignation. Can i send a legal notice first and then can i file an FIR with the local police or how is it?
I was coaxed to resign by my superiors. They claim my performance is not good. I have been in the system only for 15 months. My performance is more or less same as the performance of my teammate of 4 years vintage. Superiors detained me in a room and threatened me of immediate termination if i don't put in my papers. I belong to SC-ST. I believe this is an atrocity/discrimination at workplace case. Can i file an FIR for the same after sending a legal notice or how to go about it?

My friend recently lost his bike near by his home when he went to police station to file an FIR the police ignored to file FIR and CSR as his bike is not insured. Is insurance mandatory for a stolen bike in order file an FIR or CSR. Suggest a legal procedure

My salary account has been frozen by ICICI Bank since 6 months now. I have not received any notice or information for the reason of freeze.
On enquiry, I am only told that Mumbai central team from ICICI Bank has received a cyber crime request to debit freeze my account.
I have no information about the reason. I approached the local cybercrime. They said they will check with the bank.
Last time I approached them was 4 months ago. Is there any hope or getting back my account to normalcy.

सर मेरा भाई कही पर जा रहा था तभी एक किशाेर बालक उसे चिढाने तथा गाली देने लगा मेरे भाई ने मना किया ताे उस पर कचरा फेकने लगा जिससे मेरे भाई कि कमीज पर दाग लगने से उसने बालक की पिटाई कर दी बालक की मां ने पुलिस काे सुचित किया मेरे भाई ने दलील दी की मेने self defence किया है लेकिन पुलिस मारपिट का केस बना रही है जाे IPC धारा 342,323, लगा रही है जाे झूठा है सर अब आप ही मुझे बताए ये self defence का मामला है या नही?

Sir, Jan 14 my sister got abusive postal letters via post to her residence for which we filed a police complaint against some known people stating that they might have been did this crime as they only know our family matters. But police what they did they called both parties and without proper investigation they simply took their statement and asked them to write apology letter and filed 107 case for us.
Now we had ee received a notice from tahasildar(ex-magistrate) to present before them and asking us to furnish a bond of 5lack rupees... We don't know what exactly this 107 proceeding and we went to file a complaint regarding the anonymous letter but police filed 107 against us... What to do in this case as we don't want to furnish any bond and we didn't did any crime... Your suggestion may helpful for my stressed mother.. Please help us

me and my family had some arguments with police(m.p.) and media during vehicle checking and police files a case against me , my father and my younger brother (17 yrs) u.s. 353,332,294,34. police have some video clips in which my father is assaulting them. but this is one side of the picture , if they show entire video of incident we found that they misbehave with us firstly and abused my sister and mother then my father said those words in anger which was common in human nature. i want to file FIR quash petition in HC under 482 cr.pc. i want to know what documentation or evidence should i need for successful quashing of FIR. we dont have FIR copy till now.
***does mp kotwali police have right to fine for not wearing helmet 129/177 m.v. act , because it is a duty of traffic police.
