Is there any legal process to ask any department(e.g school service commission)to provide carbon copy of OMR sheet so that a transparent and corruption free examination held.Now a days we know government services rest to the family member of Political NETA's and rich people.

Govt. Acquired land for the national high ways purpose. The problem is that many people are affected for this reason directly or indirectly 20 thousand people.. They are doing business beside the road. Govt issued trade license, vat registration etc. They are paying regular tax. Even panchayet of that particular locality given permission to do the business upto 2015. Another thing is that proposed road plan of the govt.is costly more than the road plan of the affected parties. Distance will be short from govt. Road plans to affected parities. For that reason 300 crore saved and only 10/20 shop owner are affecte. May I file writ petition on behalf of that persons??? If any, please mentioned the case laws regarding this type of matters. I greatful to you if you clear my question. Thank you.

Hi, we were few bachelors gathered in rented room, we were talking late night 2:00 A.M. We had no loudspeakers, nor were we screaming out loud. In our rented place we were just talking. Few Police constables just barged in our room, started yelling at us saying they got a compliant and asked us to come to station. As we did nothing wrong we didn't agree to give bribe and argued, they threatened that they will put petty case on all of us and took our name and permanent address. My question is how can few constables put a petty case without any offence just like that? How constables simply barge in without any warrant or reason? If he puts a petty case what should we do? Will that affect our career? What should we do to save ourselves from such harassment? Please help.

out of 4 director, two director have wrong intention,
They increase company capital by 30 to 75, but paid-up is still 30.
now they want increase share in only there account.
How to stop increasing share?
Do I need separate company secretary to submit application for stop increasing shares in ROC?
Can we 2 director (out of four) conduct board meet & pass resolution?
Can we 2 director write application to stop increasing share direct ot ROC office?

My doubt is related to domicile certificate My daughter is born in Dubai 2000 but completed her education from Sr. KG to SSC in Mumbai (2004 - 2015) Now for her further education in Mumbai/India I need to apply for Domicile. As a mother I already have Mumbai Domicile.
Kindly suggest me whether she (daughter ) is eligible to get Domicile certificate from Mumbai and what documents required.

NGT eastern zone bench passed an order on 19.5.2015 in Original Application No. 321/2013/PB/34/EZ.
"The PCB is directed to issue fresh order strictly in terms of para 35 of the order of the Principal Bench within one
month positively relating to amending of order dt. 3.101997 passed earlier by them."
30 days have crossed but PCB has not passed any order. if contempt is filed and contempt is established what effect it will have on the PCB?Is there any law or rule by which PCB can escape contempt.

have come to know from the news paper that PCB will be going to Supreme court.

Can anyone say whether any Rules have been framed u/s.44 of The Metro Railways(construction of works)Act,1978? If so, when was it gazetted?
In a case before the Cal. HC, the rlys. have claimed such a rule exists but I have not found them.
Also can anyone cite at least one case law where The Metro Railways(construction of works)Act,1978 and the rules have been used to acquire land for Metro Rlys?
