An Person is resigned his Job as Assistant Executive Engineer from Central Government in Jan 2016
Can This person re join the above Government Job. Now after Jan 2018. His Resignation was accepted then in Jan 2016.
Further Can Prime Minister or Chief Minister or Indian Revenue Services Officer or any other minister or Influential person or Politicians can offer anybody a Government Job.
Can Prime Minister or Chief Minister or Indian Revenue Services Officer can force anybody to Join any Government job by using influence or their vested Power.

whether disinheriting and disowning a transgender on exclusionary grounds of being a transgender is legal ? please reply from both the sides means from the side of transgender and also from the side of the parents

IF ANY GOVT. COMPANY HAS NOT IMPLEMENTED ANY OF THE HIGH COURTS AND SUPREME COURTS ORDER...CAN ANY INDIAN CITIZEN CAN FILE PIL IN HIGH COURT. IF WE FOUND ANY INJUSTICE TO ANY PERSON BY WAY OF NOT IMPLEMENTING THE HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT ORDER CAN ANY PERSON CAN FILE PIL...PLEASE GUIDE ME ON THIS ISSUE...

I'm branch manager in nationalised bank. I did not hoist flag on 26th Jan. I want to know is it compulsory to hoist flag on 26th Jan.
One local group has protested in front of my branch and demanded for legal action. what legal action can b taken on me. what are the way outs for me.

I went to a nearby school with my friends to attend the Flag Hosting Ceremony. They didn't allowed us to enter school premisis. It felt so insulted. It is our right to attend Flag Hosting.Is it a punishable offence?
