That plaintiff filed suit for permanent injunction whereas I had filed counter claim for dispossessing the plot, during the pendency of suit the plaintiff let out the plot to X person and had erected the temporary hut on that plot. I had also issued a legal notice to X but he did not vacate
My query is whether I can add him as a party by way of ‘Addition of Party” or by way “Amendment in Plaint” and also provide whether I have to add / amend him in my counter claim or plaint

My (Adjoining)neighbour has encroched my some land (about 10 sq. feet) and constructed his house.My neighbour has constructed his house without sanctioning of Map from concerned authority even he has constructed a Basement which is not permissible in our colony.He is also running a coaching centre in his house and displayed big signboards of coaching center on his house,whereas no commercial use/activity is permissible in our colony.I want to know can i file civil suit for demolishing or taking action for violation of local laws/Rules in constructing his house and for running commercial activities. i have locas standi /cause of action against my neighbour or not,kindly help

sir, in all my documents from class 10th to my PG my fathers name differ from his name in his certificate. What should i do so that in near future i do not face any problem? Can i still use the name written in my documents,how?

A girl married wid her mother`s brother `s son & after 3 months of marriage husband died by suicide.he was working in the army as constable & failed to add nomination of his wife in his service book.now widow `s father in law claim everything from his son `s service,widow has only photograps of her marrige,pandit as witness,she had filed suit for declaration,can sapinda relationship become hurdle in her case.

A person illitrate cheated by another.A will was prepared & put fake thumb impression & then made registry on his name.what illitrate person has right against cheater? this act was done in the year of 2000.plz provide me full detail of civil & criminal action against cheater.

A woman `s husband died after divorce,having female baby 5 years.can baby take property of her father`s share & her father was working in govt sector ,can she take death benefits from govt sector,under which law 7 provision can she take property rights? & if property on the name of her grand father `s name than how can she claim her rights?has any right of divorcee lady of her husband `property?
