Actually, i want to start a scheme of my own where i will sell insurance policies legally of any specified company with having regular authentisized license from them respectively. but if i collect the premium in full and go for the policy then less no. of person will accompany me in the run as the premium will be high enough....ranging from 12000/- and above.
So i thought of collecting the same in two or more installments for the first year only. After that the customer will pay the premium regularly on his own as when the time comes for him. Say , if the FYP is 12000/- then to get the benefit of my scheme one has to pay the joining amount will be 2500/- as advance for his policy and then he can work as a networker and earn the benefit of my scheme alongwith getting his policy when paid the balance in full.
thats what i want to know from you all whether i can collect the FYP in installments or not.? and what other licence i have to take and from where to run my new shceme related business?
please answer me again. my email id is sasankar.boruah@rediffmail.com
thanking you all ,

Under which condition it is binding for government to file tenders? WHich are relevant laws to tenders? I want complete A to Z information pertaining to tenders.
Since in case of a sole proprietorship, no documents / paper work is required except for certain registration of trade licence etc.
Kindly let me know whether a sole proprietorship can be run only in the name of the sole proprietor or we can have some other name like Pyramid education.
Also, please let me know, in what cases the trade licence is required and from where the same can be obtained ?
Thanks

i wanna register my software company??what i've to do f
or that?
My background
I am a software engineer and have zero information about registering a company.
My plan
I am planning to get a software(web application) developed from a S/W company for a specific industry type. Now If I want to sell this software I guess I need to register my own company. I have three more partner in this project. Currently I am planning to sell it only one time to each customer so I don't need to setup a development center at my place(no expansion plan). We are not planning to hire any additional employee for this project in our company.
Questions
1) What type of company is suitable for my requirement(pvt ltd, ltd, partenership or propertership).
2) What all types of registration are required for this project to sell it without voilation of any law and with confidence of security of software.
3) What is the minimum investment in this process of registration.
4) Is it sufficient to contact with corporate laywer or some other type of professionals(like CA) are also required.
5) I may not able to think more questions as of now due to lack of knowledge in this domain. If you have some thing to suggest please let me know.
