Dear Experts,
A friend of mine went to HDFC Bank to make deposits. The RM falsely sold regular premium ULIPs to him saying that he has to deposit money only once.
Only after receiving reminder for payments, he came to know that he has been cheated.
What recourse he has on bank and the RM ?

Hello expert,
I intend to start a computer training institute and issue certificate upon the course completion.
Do I need to register with any govt. authority for issuing certificates to the students?
Is any registration no. required to be printed on the certificates given by me?

A-supplier.
B-First buyer.
C-final buyer.
A- raised the Invoice for a item named as
ABC to Bill to party(B) and Ship to party (C)
B- Raised the Invoice TO (C)for same item but name is different like (DEF).
can first Buyer (B) do the changing / modification in goods if these are selling with TRANSIT SALE MODE, as per sales tax rules.

company A has been merged with company B vide court order properly.All the movable property and immovable property is located in different areas.
whether all the property has to be re-registered/transfer separately in favor of company B? by mean of separate registered documents?

Ours is a manufacturing unit registered under AP Vat Act and availing input tax credit. Recently there was an audit from commercial taxes department. They pointed out that we can not avail input tax credit on an invoice pertaining to previous month/s.
The practial difficulty is our manufacturing unit is at one place and registered office where accounts are being maintained is at different place. Always we are receiving invoices with delay. We are making entries in accouonts as and when received.
Now DCTO objected to this and he is disallowing input tax credit pertaining to previous months and the amount involved is huge. He says that we have to avail input tax credit only in the month in which the date of invoice relates. Other wise to submit revised return.
We were not aware and we did not file revised returns.
Can you please let us know the rule position on the above.

What is deposit of title deed, pawn, pledge or hypothecation process? Why it attracts stamp duty?
