Whether a trust is competent to enter into a contract with a private limited company?the company is in illinois,U.S.A and the trust is in india.pls explain under what provisions of law it is possible?

In india there are lots of multi-level marketing companies and they gives more allurements to their agents/chain members and pushes burden on agents/chain members to buy for own use and also sell policies or products in open market.innocent peoples who wants to be a rich fast comes in contact with such agents/chain members and buys such policies or products and also becomes the part of their chain to act as a agent/chain members like introducer to new one. but in real, that allurements not fulfilled by such MLM companies and reasoned in such a way "it has been postponed" or policy changed,etc. and lastly these innocent people faces a fraud by company. so my question is,
1)can such agents/chain members falls uder defination of "Consumer" by Consumer Protection Act,1986. and
2) can he complaint against such company for fraudulent commitments.

My past employer is forcing to collect the F& F cheque in person from the office which is not possible as I will be spending much more in travelling to & Fro to mumbai from my current location.

Dear All,
It seems there are double standards for same purpose which is very surprising.
After Hari kumar left in may 2011 , i personally collected his Full and Final cheque on his behalf and handed it over to Hari Nair.
that time no such measures were mentioned .
hence you need to understand the same and try not to beat around the bush ( i am forced to write such line).

I have a query regarding an investment in multiples of crores.
Does an investment by an Indian in an Indian Domestic Business Entity require RBI or any other Govt Clearances before the funds can be received by the Indian Business Entity.
If it is required can I be advised which such Govt. Organizations would be required to approached for clearance.

Currently, I'm pursuing MBA at Symbiosis. I have query, regarding the partnership policy.
Assume a partnership firm, lets assume A, B and C to be the partners of the firm.... Each of them have a wife and a kid who is minor.... Unfortunately one day, all the 3 partners and their wives expires.... what will happen to their firm ?? Will their kids be given the authority to run it? If so, when can they and what would be the clauses ?
Can someone throw some light on this ?

would like to meaning of contructive/actual possesion notice pasted on shutter of my locked premises which are under my control but were given as security to bank for a/c which became n.p.a and further notices and other procedures were done by the bank.usually banks take symbolic possesion when premises are locked and nobody is around what is the differance as even in this case it is same but language used is contructive possesion but they not put any seal or lock but only pasted notice stating they have taken constructive possesion, please inform me differance and remedy to defend
