we are 2 directors in the x y z private limited for bank operations we pass the resolution . cheuqe or other banking is done by any one or survivor . now i want to change it by any bank operation is done by both directors signatures for this purpose bank want the resolution but another director is not agree to pass this resolution pls. let me know is that possible to stop the bank transactions or not

if mr.A gives cheque to mr.B and then cheque becomes stale checque can mr.B ask for different cheque and does he have right to sue if he don't give him new cheque ??

Dear all, Please suggest.
For Dishonour of Cheques case, after sending notice, if the customer fails to pay we can file a Case against him under sec 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
However, my question is, Is there any amount limit? because if the cheque amount is only Rs.100, Whether the law gives such rights to the Aggrieved Party to file Legal Case? Please comment.

my cousin is working with IT company at Chandigarh for last six months. The owner of the firm do not pay salaries to his staff in time, due to which stff having hard times.The plea is that till funds are generated, salary payments are delayed. Most of staff could join this company as they can't find any other job.The owner take extra work till late night from the staff and gives meagre amt in return so his staff can manage their livelyhood. Please advice how to get timely salary from the firm owner without compromising with the boss

I AM THE DIRECTOR IN XYZ PRIVATE LIMITED AND FOR OPERATIONS I GIVE THE PERMISSION TO ANOTHER DIRECTOR FOR OPERATE BANK ACCOUNTS BY ANY ONE .
NOW I WANT TO CHANGE THIS( TRANSACTION DONE BY BOTH SIGNATURES) BUT ANOTHER DIRECTOR NOT AGREE FOR PASS THE RESOLUTION .
HOW I STOP THE BANK OPERATIONS NOW.
