I worked for an MNC from 1982 to 1994. After this I took up 3 different jobs, all of which kept me outside India. On my return I asked the MNC to allow me to withdraw my PF since I had crossed the age of 58.
Since a long time had elapsed, I did not have any records relating to my PF number. The company says they can't trace this account either and are unable to find the PF account number.
I filed an RTI with the PF department in Bandra and was told that I should approach the company only.
What should I do?

case- A business loan from HDFC bank O/s around 70000/- around 40% of loan availed. i unable to pay because of business loss that business on which loan taken is almost closed and
HDFC bank passed the case to the arbitrator and arbitrator awarded the case and ordered to pay outstanding dues with 12% interest and from the same bank my car loan is also pending which is regular and only 2 installments are pending.
my question is-
1) Can bank take possession of car and recover the amount which is not related to business loan.
2) If not, how can they recover due amount because business is closed which is the base of loan.
3) After the award of arbitrator now where i can appeal, do i having a right to ask him reopen the case.
4) now after all these do i am in the position to approach bank for settlement of case.
5) BUT MOST IMPORTANT IS ABOUT MY CAR IT IS SAFE OR NOT.

What is the difference between sale and transfer of shares in a private limited company?
If one person wants to sell his shares to someone else for the same value that he bought it at (i.e. no profit / no loss), should it be called "transfer of shares" or "sale of shares" in the agreement which gives the schedule of payment for the shares?

Opening Balance (as on 01.04.2011)of Plant & Machinery Rs. 100000 Addition as on 01.06.2011 Rs. 50000 Transfer/sale as on 31.10.2011 Rs. 25000 Rate of Depreciation 5.28% on SLM basis. What would be total depreciation for the financial year 2011-12 under companies act.

I need judgments to support my plea in a case where in a contract (having arbitration clause), terms and conditions are not fulfilled, Application U/s 9 is moved for praying grant of Injunction order (not to terminate contract and not to give contract of construction to other vendor). Injunction cannot be ordered by court in such case where terms are not fulfilled by party claiming injunction order.
