In a private limited company with 3 directors, having equal shares in their name, please suggest on below:
1. If 2 directors wish that the company becomes inactive or goes in sleep mode, is their any such option?
2. The company is not any business currently, and largely there is conflict with the third director. So the 2 directors want to start a new company of their own till the time this conflict is resolved. In such case, would it amount to any conflict of interest or any other legal obligation for the 2 directors? Nothing has been mentioned in the AoA of the company about such situation.

I want to newly start a business of marketing in Bihar with my own brand name. I want to purchase liquid shop from Delhi and packed the same in sachet and sold in market with my own brand name. Kindly tell me the law regarding packing and selling with own brand name and what action I should take first to start this business as per commercial law and other law relating to the business.

I have taken Loan of Rs.10 Lakh from Gruh Finance a NBFC I REPAID Rs.9.5 Lakhs & could not paid balance amount Gruha Finance sold my house in auction for Rs.30 lakhs & gained Rs.29.50 Lakhs more. in such case can i demand to gruh finance for Excess amount they got? can i go in a court?

Is it accepted by Bar council ?

I am stuck on this.
I entered into a contract to sell my medicines to a buyer. Before the purchase, the medicines had to be tested in a laboratory. Since there was dispute in their testing methods, they directed me to have tests done myself at a another lab.
I suggested lab A to which they refused. Then I suggested lab B and C. They did not reply to this request, so I carried out the tests myself.
Later they asked me to send them the test results. They received, read, scrutinized the test results and made a report on it stating what all they found faulty in the result.
It would be nice to get a case law also
Now since we are in for arbitration, can they deny the reports on the ground that they had not permitted me to conduct the tests? Considering they directed me to get tests done myself, did not suggest where, when i conducted them, they asked for the reports, read it, and also outlined what they found erroneous in the tests.
Wasn't calling for the reports and reading them implied acceptance and shouldn't there be an estoppel on them for denying permission.

I am Internet Service provider. my customer disconnected service on 31st July 2013 But didnot paid his dues Rs.2400/- now after 2 months can i file a case against him
