what is the difference between offer of securities & invitation to subscribe securities ?
my focus word are:
1)offer of.
2)invitation to subscribe.
are they giving the same meaning or something different.????
if both are giving the same meaning then why using different word for the same meaning in the same sentence?
here is the sentence:
"private placement" means any offer of securities or invitation to subscribe securities to a selected group of persons by a company.......................

Sir when I have good time a year ago I signed as a gurantor for JCB machine for my friend then some problems I sold my machine now I doesent have any assets property
But my friend defaulted In his loan and machine seized and bank sold to another person now the bank asking me to settle the balance amount so what do
So what happens if him or me doesent settled what are consequences
will they send warrant against us
Please tell me clearly

Dear sir I signed as a guarantor for the JCB purchase by my friend relative and he defaulted the emi and machine has been seized and sold to another person by Hdfc bank but they are asking remaining balance
But they never send a notice to me about JCB seized and sold
So what can I do now the loan pending amount is 7lacks it happen a year ago will they go for his agricultural land or my property

My husband died before 8 years. He was a partner in registered partnership firm. There is a clause in the partnership deed that if any partner dies his or her heir will have the right for partnership in the firm and there is also a clause that if any dispute arises ,partners should go to arbitration. I had filed a complaint in arbitration board of Ismaili as we are Ismaili Khoja and all partners are family members. The arbitration board put the complaint aside and didn’t give any decision. Meanwhile the other partner also died. Right now there is only one remaining partner. The Partnership deed is yet in currency. Please guide me what to do to get my partnership right in the firm.

How to register
we are village community group and giving a micro loans to farmers and other people in our village for more than ten years for that we get small subscription from our people ( all subscriber are members of our village group )on weekly basis and lend them based on their subscription amount for ten installment for that we charge interest ,and end of the year we repay ourselves the subscription amount with some interest accumulated through this . we want to take up this next level and want form this a registered entity to whom we approach and get registered.
