Dear sir/ madam,
as per advertises given by stock market analist for profit sharing basis i joined with him by paing advance of Rs 5000 through online transfor.on my 4 lacks capital 1st week he made profit then his share 19500 i transforred to his account from second week on wards he made loos with in a month capital become zero.he given all the advices through yahoo messnger and phone call. now i standed on the road now our family has to commit suscide only. then donot worry i can arranfe fund of 2 lacks then i will give good calls you will come out the problem with in 2 months . then i said ok but now he is not lifting my phone call also. now i found website address and his office addree.if this problem not solved i have to commit suscide with my family . plz give advice.

Dear members,
A private limited co. X formed on 1997, is to be currently undertaken by a another private co.
One of the sharehloder of the X co. expired during the year, 1999 and his legal heirs did not claim for transmission of shares in their name immediately after his death.
Now the one of the legal heir wants the shares transferred in his name. Can he apply to the company for the transmission in his name now (after 10 years)?
Will the company refuse on any grounds?
Can the co. transfer those shares in the name of the expired person to the new co. ?

my friend has d-mat and online trading account with ICICI. she changed her name, followed by her marriage. now she wish to effect her changed name into her dmat a/c. But ICICI denied the same as law prohibits from changing name in dmat account ??
is this so??

Myself Bharat Arora a Law student in sriganagar & woking in Insurance Sector I want to start a networking comapny-Chain system for which I need some guidelines as I have not experience for the same.
What are the legal aspects where I have to work so that can approve my company.
1. Need to register a company which department
2. Need a PAN No./TAN no./Service Tax No any condition to follow
3. It can be a prop. or a partnership firm
4. How can I approve my growth/income plans from govt authories or which department
5. Any expert advice or material which provide the basics for networking channel how it works step by step

Institution is not standing by the promises it made.
I am in a hostel and paying 1.1 lakh every year.
The institution promised us
1. A Single AC room
2. with refridgerator and TV
But it now says that winter has started and
AC's would be shut down till further notice.
They did not even give me a single room.
Now, I am sharing my room with another
person.
In the year 2008-09 they shut down the AC's from November till April.
Our one year starts in August till May.
They are repeating the same again.
What can I do regarding?
Can anybody suggest a legal procedure.
The authorities concerned in the institution never respond to our(students)
question regarding.
I have the website content attached to support the institutions claims.
