can the shares of a private limited company be transferred on credit? i.e. can the shares be transferred first & payment made by the transferee to the transferor at a later date, say after 3 months?

Dear Sir,
we are a placement firm located in Delhi and has entered into an agreement with a company for providing them manpower. 30 candidates have been sent for interview, out of which only two have been selected and have joined them. Professional fee of one candidate has been received, but the client is not releasing the professional fee for the second candidate. As per the MoU signed between us, he professional fee has to be paid within 10 days of candidate's joining. Every time lame excuses and reasons have been given by them, but not to our satisfaction.
kindly suggest what to do?

Hello Sir,
I'm not living with my wife since 15 years and i have not divorced her, i have inherited a very small portion from my father's property in which i have developed an house for me from my own earnings. and i got married to my relative from elders advice. i have not registered both the marriages.
Will my first wife and my daughter from the first wife have a claim on my property?
Please advise.

I am new to business and have sold goods to a client who is refusing to entertain our calls and is ignoring us now. he was given a credit of 30 days but now has exceeded 120 days.
He tends to conviniently ignore our calls or talk to us. What options are available to make hime pay?

Can a society registered under the Societies Registration Act be converted into a Section 25 Company. If so what is the best procedure to do so? Is prior permission required from authorities like the IT Dept, Ministry of Home Affairs (FCRA division)? What is the role of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010 in the same?
