Dear Experts, my organisation want to conduct some inter departmental enquiries on some employees, but before initiating enquiries they want the provisions / sections/ act which provide for interdepartmental enquiries of the employess at its organisation and factory location.

I want to start a small mobile kitchen service, through which we want to provide food to people. This Van will go to various residential societies two times a day. if a person money in his bank a/c has been wiped out and despite of this if he has issued cheque, then what are the liabilites he can face and what all remedy the issuer of cheque can take????
