Dear Sir,
Bank has issued a notice under section 13(4) for taking symbolic possession of house property.
We have deposited title deed(sale deed) and patta with the bank as equitable mortgage. The sale deed is related to two plots in one house property(plot A & Plot B). But the Patta is for only one plot plot B.
The Bank's notice describes only one plot(plot B) for which patta is deposited with the bank and not the plot(Plot A) which is there in the sale deed, but no patta is deposited.
The sale deed clearly mentions that the shoproom (part of the property) is built upon plot A not mentioned in the notice u/s 13(4). But the actual construction exceeds the size of the plot A means part construction(about 20%) is also on plot B mentioned in 13(4) notice.
I am looking for an expert opinion in the matter as to how I can stop bank from taking possession of construction on plot A, which is not described in the notice.

Sir, Please guide,
ABC is Partnership Firm (Service Tax No. 123), there were 2 Partners 'X' & 'Y'. "Y" retired from Partnership Firm, they made Dissolution of Partnership Deed on 15.5.2012. Now "X" wants to introduce or take new Partner i.e. "Z" in the same Firm.
What should "X" do?

sir my brother created a pvt. ltd. company with his father in law in feb 2011 registered at delhi.only both of them where equal shareholder and director of company.his father inlaw in feb 2012 submit forged document of my brother signature and took his regignation and made her other daughter director of company.my brother is till shareholder (same share at time of company started),how to proceed case against them as my brother left delhi in july 2011 and never submitted any resignation.

i would like to know whether anybody finance to anyone without possessing proper license, i want to finance my friend some of Rs.200,000/- for business purpose whether i am entitle to get the profit from the same, he said they give Rs.3000/- monthly profit to me and Returned of Rs.200,000/- after 2.years, which type of document we have to created to protect the interest of the same.

Dear Experts,
Sir Clause 3(3) and 5 of the Fertilizer (control order 1985 read with ECA -3 (2) (c) & essential Commodities Act 3(2)(d)
Under Clause 28 (1)(d) Of the fertilizer control order Fertilizer has been seized the stock.
Is it bailable offence or Non Baiable offence kindly advice in this regard.ThanQ

i have a cheque allotted to me by Golden forest India company, hariyana of Punjab national bank on which amount is 4 lack and 44 thousand which is towards my father and also Valid from 01/01/2021 now i heard and also found that the company is a fraud company by visiting its web site that is http://goldenforests.in/ So all i wanted to know is that ki is there any way i can pass the cheque in today's date or i could get an loan on the cheque ,,,,kindly

Hi Experts,
I need your advice, please read the scenario below and suggest me:
I am working for a firm from past two years and my firm deputed me to its clients office and now as I am in a process of leaving my parent company, they have made me sign a document which say I cant join the firms where I was deputed for another 12 months. My parent company denied to give me the copy of that contract too.
The client and my parent company does not have any contract between them and they are ready to hire me.
Can I join my client, some one suggested me these types of contracts are void. Please suggest

In a specific contract,in the force majeure clause, there is no mention about the notice to be served in case of such happening. It only states that in case ,such event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the contract.Now if a majore fire occurs in a property in a Franchise Agreement, which inter- alia contained the above clause,will it be necessary to serve any written notice to the party?
