Respected Experts,
One potential private limited co whose name has been approved from ROC by filing Form 1A is GOSWAMY PROJECT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED which by mistake spelt as Goswamy but actual speling is GOSWAMI - can this mistake ie this y can be replaced by an i, rectified by any way.
Pls answer.
we tried to solve the problem by Form 68 but this rectification is beyond the scope of Form 68

A person wants to open a college under the ownership of a private limited co, is the co necessarily be a section 25 co or a normal private limited co can also run a college or any educational institution.
Again for funding or for providing grants the same person also want to start another section 25 company is it possiable to do so when the donee co is a private limited co with profit motive or its another sec 25 company - is there any legal problem may arrise in future?

Dear Experts,
I am from teaching profession , recently i have a joined an international school where i have entered an agreement in the month of may2012 , in that particular agreement had wordings with regard to my salary as Rs10000 PER MONTH WHICH INDICATES THE COST TO THE SCHOOL,but the school calculatedmy salary for Rs8400 and had a deductions of Rs 927 and my take home was Rs 7470 but i was told that i would be getting a take home salary of Rs10000 ,In continuation to that I asked for the clarification from Mrs.SSM Priya (Correspondent)for which I never had a clear explanation on calculation part but I was told that I would be getting my full salary from the coming month, but my salary for the month of June was calculated similarly to the may month so i gave my resignation stating that school has breached the terms and conditions of the agreement,i have given my resignation and got a recived copy for the same.in reply to my resignation letter school refused to give my original documents which was submitted at the time of joining.Kindly guide me to sole this issue and to get back the original documents

What are the Legal Requirements that a newly incorporated Private Limited company has to comply with in the year of Incorporation except Registration.
Like Appointment of Auditors etc.
Also If a company has failed to collect the Share application money from Directors during the year. Is it a disqualification of Director?
