I would like to develop a website where in people can play skill games online and bet for real money. Is it legal in India?
Please answer this asap.
If a complaint is being filed u/s 138, can the complainant get the money from the accused? or is it necessary to file a Civil Suit for recovery. Courts are plagued with such cases and it takes years for disposal. So what is the best course of action the aggrieved party should peruse?

I am planning to start a company with sole proprietorship in Punjab. I wanted to know the legal procedure regarding it. Besides this, I also wish to clarify regarding copyright issue for all the material that I will prepare. I need to conduct test series at various other institutions, for which I will be preparing questions. I wanted to know if I can pick up questions from various books (as it is done by many coaching institutes) and compile them to make a test; or do questions have to be prepared on our own? If I cannot pick up questions and compile them, then can I modify the questions slightly and use them? Also, if I am using the questions from a book, do I have to mention the name of the books at the end?

He met with department and the officer is saying that Permit Licese is for serving the alcohol in restaurant but trade license is also required for selling the alcohol in restaurant itself even though the alcohol is sold at the restaurant for consumption in restaurant only. The alcohol is never sold for consumption outside the restaurant.
