Dear Team,
Please allow me to introduce myself as Vinod Bhandary Director, Naksha Tech Pvt Ltd Bangalore. 4 months back i am working in a pvt Ltd company in bangalroe. as i have plan to setup our own compnay with my four partner frieds, i resigned the company and relived from the duties on 7th april 2012. and while leaving form old company thye have taken my signature on bond paper that i should not touch there client and staff. but even though there are sening me layer notice to my home which i didn,t recvied.
so please suggest me that how can i move forward. Also let us know is that signed bond paper will have any power?

Dear Team,
i was banker and joined a start up in year 2010. our company was small re seller of sms etc in Bangalore. i put up office in Mumbai and started my operations from my house. it was decided a 50-50% cost profit sharing and decided that a MOU (as it was a PVT LTD) will be drafted and signed and this was recommended by their CA in Bangalore when i first met them in feb 2010 in Bangalore.but this was happening and they were deli dallying the drafting. this was happening and i have been regularly writing mails and all correspondence but now they have terminated with me and by giving me copensation of 3.69lacs, while the business from house is become a region and a annula turnover of approx 2 cr.
i donot have anything in writing but yes mails.
is there any chance of compensation for 2.5 years and effort?

Is license required for homestay operation?
Will there be any violation of law if I operate a homestay and collect money from the guests? What are the laws and rules governing homestay? When I applied for permission from the village panchayat, they ask me to first alienate that part of the land to nonagriculture and also obtain licence from tourism department.
My property is a coffee estate, which is classified as agriculture land. I have a rest house and a tenthouse therein. It is in the buffer zone of a wildlife sanctuary. My stand is that what tourism dept gives is a rating not a license. Making nonconsumptive use of estate like ecotourism also is part of agriculture income. Am I right?
