Dear sir,
I have been purchased new bike last year which is still under warranty and time to time informed problems to the company and their dealers while conducting services. The manufacturing company has replaced few accessories as it was their fault. I have been sent several emails to them and in last two emails i have demanded for the replacement of bike or refund of the money with interest.
I would like to know...
1.Exact procedure for filing complaint in the consumer court.
2.Is there time limit for filing complaint from the date of sending emails/letters or notice.
3.Please advise name of the expert advocate from Kalyan, dist.Thane Maharashtra State.
Thanks in advance.
