Hello Sir/Madam,
I have completed my law degree in Karnataka state. And, I am presently living in Bangalore. My native is Tamilnadu. So, If I register in "Karnataka State Bar Council", can I write any Judiciary/any other State Govt. exam in Tamilnadu by using this? Since I don't know to read and write Kannada.

Sir,
recent order came that students above age of 30 will not be able to study llb 3 year course from today onwards as per supreme court order. sir will this order be changed as i am a rank holder of 78 rank but age 30 above. Will i be able to go for llb 3 year course?

Sir I am b.tech final year student. I got job on Diploma basis as TPBO by direct recruitment by TSPSC. I have joined the duty on 06-09-2016. As I am in final year, I am very much interested to complete my course. Is there any provision to take leave in probation period for my education? What type of leave can be granted? Can you please tell me the rule which is applicable for this leave? By whom the permission is to be granted for the leave? For how much duration the leave can be taken?

I have completed my engineering from college which comes under Mumbai University.
The other day, i applied for leaving certificate & the account department of my college asked me to pay extra Rs. 100 to issue it.Is there any government resolution has been released asking students to pay for getting certificates?

I completed my SSLC (Karnataka) in 2011 and my PUC (Karnataka) in 2013 in India.
The name on all my academic records is Rinku kumar srivastav
Now I wana change my name to Ritwik srivastav.. ..., however, my SSLC, PUC and Bachelors Degree Certificates are in the name of Rinku kumar srivastav..
Is there any way to change the name on my SSLC and PUC records?
I approached the authorities who issued my Bachelors Certificates, and they said they could do the same only if the name on my SSLC and PUC records are changed.
What is the procedure to change the name on my SSLC and PUC records.
Plz help me out !!

Dear lawer if I file a case in consumer court that my college is not provide me job and doing mentally harassment and after then I got a job,, what the procedure for withdrawal the case... Please say me.

Can any one help me in downloading free sample papers of past 10 years of Delhi Judiciary and Haryana Judiciary exams in pdf form or if anyone having, kindly provide.
Please advise as i have only marksheets of all three years of LLB degree and degree certificate is yet to be obtained from University so am i eligible to apply for judiciary exams or to wait till the receipt of degree certificate.
Also please confirm the eligibility except qualification to appear for judiciary exams.
