I am Priyabrata Jena take a education loan from UCO Bank,Banarpal,Odisha on the date 30/9/2012 amount 3,30,000 .The amount repayment time starts on 30/9/2016 .completion of my b.tech on the year 2015.
due to the preparation for Govt.job,unemployment & my family income is less than 2.5 lakhs .due to which I can't repay the EMI & It is impossible for me .The bank call me say continue repaying .when I say the problem they said deposit the EMI otherwise your account is NPA & your career is hampered due to the CIVIL case.
When I say please increase my repayment time for 7 to 8 month's, they don't hear my matter. they said please see the RBI guidelines.
1) Please suggest me what is the RBI guidelines for my case to increase the repayment time?
2)due to the civil case any hamper to my career for Govt. Job ?
3)How I relief from this situation?

Sir/madam.. My father belongs to SC and my mother is a BC. Both of them were no more since my childhood. From my childhood , I was brought up by my maternal uncle . I completed my graduate degree in BC quota. Now my query is ,whether it is legally possible for me to get SC status and if so, am I eligible to claim reservation with regarding to Sc quota. Thank you sir/madam, in advance for your concern..

Dear sir, I have experience in stock market for 5 years, I feel I'm quite good at Stock markets, I do not have any certificate in finance/economics, I'm a dropout of BTech, Sir my question was "Is it possible for me to start a coaching class for stock market beginner for small earnings" or should I need any certificate or any license.

In ibps po/ ibps rrb scale 1 interview, SC caste certificate obtained from state government is valid or caste certificate from central government is necessary ??

sir/s , when i am in college 2 years back a false complaint was lodged against me and 2 of my friend for fighting as that time i was protecting my female friend but police did not inform us at that time and after 20 days they took us to police station and then to court where our lawyer took the date of hearing and on hearing date we went to court and magistrate immediately freed us from all charges without any question.
Sir whether this affect my verification for govt job as i cleared one of the toughest exam.
Also in column-Whether you are ever convicted/fined/prosecuted - i answered no.
Sir please help me out.

sir/s, in final year of my college a false fighting complaint is registered against me and 2 of my friends , which police do not inform at the time of registering but after few days they took us to police station and then to court where our lawyer gave us date for hearing and after 20 days we present on ourself to magistrate and magistrate immediatedly freed us from charge. Whether it affect my recruitment in govt. job.
As for the question - Have you ever been convicted/prosecuted/fined - i answered no.
please sir help me out.

I recieve a phone call twice in a month duration from local police station. The police man said that he dont know how my mob. number came in his contact list. He was dailing for another Gaurav. He didnot specified his surman bt he specified some other local area. Coincidentally my name is also Gaurav. I am worried. why did he called twice. Is there chance that any complaint is registered on me by someone. Six months ago i had a fight with one of my friend. Is it possible that he registered a complaint against me?

Education loan
Dear Sir/Madam
I took 4 lakh education loan from indian overseas bank.
My Emi is approx. Rs.15500.
My income is not so good to pay this much amount.
My account is about to slip in NPA.
My repayment period is 4 years.
Can repayment period extend ? so i can pay lower EMI.
