Dear Sir/Madam,
I am interested to pursue a 3 year LLB program in Bangalore. I have noticed that BCI has brought forward a age limit for 3 Year LLB program and this decision was challenged.
Appreciate if you have any inputs on the current status of the case and whether it would be possible for a candidate above 30 to enroll for a 3 year LLB program in 2010-2011

I read in this club itself about charging someone woth DEFAMENT (IPC499,500).
Suppose I got defamed by some police department officer (slap me) and I can't afford a lawyer so how can I file case against that officer without lawyer (as I can't afford)

HI,
I have witnessed through media that xyz person has been imposed with IPC section 123,456,789.
Now in the very first hearing does judge cross check imposition of section against any person which are mentioned in the charsheet/FIR.
for example police has imposed section 302 of IPC where member of culprit know that he should be file under 307.
Police officer was asking for bribe to impose minor setion on person where guilty person has done something which is severe and should be imposed severa sectin in place of minor section.
I tried my best to xpress my query and hope will get positive comments as always.

Dear Sir,
i have completed my 3 years llb course in v.v.pura college of law,
i have done sslc(10th) and B.A degree(through open university)and then 3 years bachlore law degree.
i have not done 2nd puc,
when i gone through the bar council website,i found the eligibility to get enrollment is 10+2+3+3, but what i have done is only 10+3+3, iam very much worried about getting enrollment in state bar council,
Can any one pls help me to know the exact rules,procuders and exceptions, can any one pls tell me whether iam eligible to enroll and practice as an advocate,
and also tell me what happens in long run in my career,
pls give me correct information and help me , iam very much worried to start my career.

i am in llb first year .i dont have to go my college regularly.i have no source of income as of now.i want to do something for my expenses but wish to do anything or everything in law field.as llb is a three year course and i am in first year only so if a short term diploma course can help me attaining a professional status and doing something needful right now. so please guide me. regards sumit.

1.i have done 10+12,3yrsdiploma and MA in TAMILNADU OPEN UNIVERSITY BY OUS at 2004.but i have no UG degree.my MA is valid to enter llb in bangalore university?
2.MA(ous)at 2004 is valid under UGC norms?
3.in case my MA is invalid, may i join UG in annamalaiuniversity by dist mode?aft completion of UG my previous MA becomes valid?
4.recently SC rules ous PG as invalid. as i have completed 10+12 .this rule affect me.
i want advice plz

Dear Experts,
I am looking for National Law Schools providing for MBL courses. Can anybody provide me info pertaining to:
i) the National Law Schools which offer these courses either on a correspondence basis/regular basis;
ii)the criteria of selction of candidates for the course;
iii) do they conduct any commom entrance test for the course?
iv) How does it help as a career booster?
