Contempt of Court

in Sub devision Tohana A SDJM report to the session judge against the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana that they are shouting Slogans called "Session Judge Murdabad & hayi hai" against the presiding officer Session judge fatehabad and then session judged reported it to the Punjab & Haryana High Court Chandigarh that the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana has comited the offence of the criminal contempt of court and the DB take the Sue motion action against the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana that they all are commited the criminal contempt of court in which the DB has sent them all notice aproximatly 47 members the notice. Are it is possible that in the court campus where the court room is in a side and the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana were shouting Slogans called "Session Judge Murdabad & hayi hai" in a side whereas the session judge was not there. is it possible that the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana have commited the offence of criminal contempt of court.

i am a businessman. builder has 20-30 rooms in a complex builder has registry in his name of that land. now my question is if i purchase 1 room for bs activity & get registry for that 1 room & others 4-5 rooms are also sold & registered so whether after sell of all rooms
builder has any right over such land since land registery in his name?
rooms registry will be in the name of buyer?
what is law that governs it?
whether land & room registery is separate?

I read newspaper every day and I am really interest in legal cases judgement and trial news, Now While reading news paper I came across different type of court cases (trail court, session court, special court etc) in the same manner I came across different judges(session judge, special judge etc)

Can any one please tell me the type of court and type of Judges list we have in indian legal system.
