sir i have applied since last three year to the said dept. but still i have't got it is there any consumer remedy for that grievance .pls also send me a formation of application of notice or a raw- material for that action

Sir, i am final year law student and be justice in my life also but my brother wife filed the wrong dowery case againt us in which my name included also. Hello Sir,
I have been selected in written examination conducted by AIIMS(Delhi) under (OBC non creamy layer),but now only i came to know my caste doesn't come OBC caterory though i have being as BC in tamilnadu government.i have direct round interview at 26 of this month.
Now my question is, whether i will be considered as UR(unreserverd) since i dont have OBC cerficate.Please let me know if you need further clarification
