respected sir,
My caste is different in my SCHOOL TC and the CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY TEHSIL. DIST.TEHSIL office issued my caste certificate after varifying my parent's caste certificate as a proof of my caste as i didnot have any photocopy of my school records. both the castes mentioned (one in caste certificate and other in TC) belong to different OBCs .. now i am going to need caste certificate for taking admission to postgraduate college study.
MY question is, can the new college authority make any objections later when they will receive the TC from my old college? can i go back to my old college(where i finished my degree without any reservations, as i had secured that seat under general merit itself) and change the caste according to my CASTE CERTIFICATE? which certificate holds more weightage wen it comes to CASTE AND CATEGORY - CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY TEHSIL OR COLLEGE/SCHOOL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE ?

Respected Sir and my fellow friends,
This is Somsuvra Mukherjee. I have completed my B.A.L.L.B. Now i will be enrolling myself in the CS programme in the November 2011.
As CS is a long and a vast course i was wondering that if there is any other course available which will fit me the best in the meantime while pursuing C.S. ???
Any course like M.B.A. or P.G.D.B.A. or business courses or law courses or any other courses related to law which will help me to attract the best package in the market by making my CV really strong .
Please help in this regard.

AND NOW I COMPLETED MY GRADUATION MECHANICAL ENGINEERING THROUGH DISTANCE EDUCATION

Hello Sir,
I have been selected in written examination conducted by AIIMS(Delhi) under (OBC non creamy layer),but now only i came to know my caste doesn't come OBC caterory though i have being as BC in tamilnadu government.i have direct round interview at 26 of this month.
Now my question is, whether i will be considered as UR(unreserverd) since i dont have OBC cerficate.Please let me know if you need further clarification

sir i have applied since last three year to the said dept. but still i have't got it is there any consumer remedy for that grievance .pls also send me a formation of application of notice or a raw- material for that action
