1). Kindly confirm is there any floating rate of interest for Education Loan or only it is applicable for fixed rate of interest if it is applicabe only for Fixed rate of interest is there any amendement from RBI please let me know

Hello sir,
i have married a girl from a poor family. she had an educational loan of rs3 lakhs with interest. i came to know about it after marriage. she is not having any job and am doing my own business as when i passed out there was a big crisis going on and i didnt get any job that time. when i came to know about the loan i paid rs 1 lakh which was the extreme i could to the loan acc. and retrieval of this much amount from my business made a bad impact on it that i am finding it difficult to run the business now and hardly earning for the family.
now after three months the loan account is in np. i just wanted to know how badly its going to affect my wife. and also is there any law that supports recovery from me ( i hardly have 2-3 computers in my office nothing much) and my family on account of my wifes loan?

sir i m persuing regular llm 2nd year. i passed ballb in 2010. if i get enrollment in delhi bar councel then, can i show llm and practince seniority if it is demanded by any authority or in post. tell me persuing regular llm and taking enrollment is possible in one time.

I have a query.I have taken admission in a designing course.While at the time of admission they said they will give us internship after completion of the course.We have paid two installments , one is of 10500 and another is of 15000.We have to pay two more installments of 15000 each.
They are telling us they are not going to give us internship and neither they are providing us any study material , i card etc.
Can we go to consumer court against that institute/
If so how?

Hello,Sir
Here is my problem. My name in SSLC Certificate(kerala)has my name as SYAM RAJ R.
But my all other certificates and marklists of plus two,degree an PG has my name as SYAMRAJ R .I want my name changed in my SSLC certificate as SYAMRAJ R. I approached my old school(10th),but in the admission register they had my name as SYAM RAJ R,that is as in my SSLC certificate.When i appoarched the Public Examination Board,they said Name will be as in School Admission register.Sir,please Kindly suggest me a way so that this problem can be solved.Also,will this sort of name problem(means the space between name parts )will create problems.
I shall be greatful for an early reply.

Basic qualification
Dear sir,
i approached UGC for for query regarding the teaching experience required for Reader/Associate Professor that teaching experience would means an experience after acquiring the basic qualification. UGC always said that here is no provision for interpretation of rules under RTI. What should I do now.
