Ragging can happen not only in Colleges and higher/technical institutes but also in high/higher secondary schools up to Class/Standard X/XII. What are the laws/court orders or directions available for curbing ragging in such lower institutes/schools?

This is regarding a request to help me in suggesting any OutDoor HR Meeting/Gatherings happening in the city.
Am an MBA(HR) student just done with my course, and intrested in Knowing the HR practices/ policies and build my self mentally to fit for the present market.

I am a qualified ca and now i am interested in pursuing LLB..Just wanted to know where should i do it from...the 5 yr LLB is out of the equation and is there is any university wherein they have evening classes for LLB..I dont want another 3 year of simply " study"...Work and study is something i am looking for...

--At time of registration with University. (At the time of admission in LLB Ist year)
--OR At time of when completion of LLB degree course.
Return of excess fees
respected sir/madam
i have paid an excess fees of rupees 84000 during my degree course.i completed my course in 2008.till date today my institute has not returned my excess fees. i gave the principal in written the details with fees receipt.. one letter each year till date today..... nothing work ...still getting a false assurance that the excess fees will be returned ...guide me
