i completed my B.COM with 56 percent in 2011 and seek admission in 3yr L.L.B course and i want to how much subject are there in first year L.L.B course what is the fees in Mumbai university what is the Different between General L.L.B and only L.L.B and in that which course i choose and whether i have to give the common law admission test(CLAT)for entering for L.L.B.

Hello Experts,
As you all know that IBPS the autonomous body to conduct the bank recruitment examination, conducted an exam on 18th September, 2011 on behalf of 19 banks. In their advertisement they asked for applications from the candidates who are graduates, belong to 20-30 year age group with relaxations to special categories. They mentioned that this exam was only a qualifying examination for further recruitment process and associate banks will mention their own criteria in terms of age, experience, qualifications etc.
Since they have declared the results, 5 banks have called for applications from exam pass outs with specific Weighted score. In addition to that every bank has added a clause seeking 55% or more in graduation. I am thinking of filing a PIL against IBPS mentioning the points below:
1. While almost every concern ask for 50% or more in graduation while inviting applications, IBPS did not do that when almost every bank i.e. 16 out of 19 banks had been following the same practice in their earlier PO recruitment process.
2. The banks like Syndicate bank which mentioned the equivalence between graduation and PGDBM/MBA in their PO recruitment advertisement last time has removed this equivalence this time.
3. We don't have any problem in banks asking for 55% or more in graduation. Our problem lies with IBPS wherein they collected money from candidates and wasted their time and efforts and then at the end due to its negligence, they got disqualified or will be disqualified by almost all the participating banks.
4. Though they mentioned that banks will have their own criteria regarding age, qualification, experience etc, agreed, but what stopped it from providing a guideline or highlighting the banks which were in the favor of that 55% clause or making that or lesser % as minimum eligibility criteria? When 16 out of 19 banks were following that practice, didn't it make a common criteria? The clause they had mentioned would have been acceptable if few banks would have been exceptional in this case or banks would have only filtered the applications on the basis of CWE scores. But they can't invite applications from everyone for the exam and then pull themselves back later. If they took the examination on behalf of 19 associate banks it becomes necessary for the banks too to respect IBPS and the common entrance exam it conducted.
5. If IBPS says that every bank will be mentioning its own criteria and this exam was only for the purpose for qualifying for the recruitment process then why did it mention the other conditions like age between 20 - 30, graduation and further age relaxation? It could have invited the application from worldwide from the people aging from 1 - till death and students pursuing their school or even illiterates. What is the significance of the terms and conditions mentioned by it?
6. But no, it mentioned few conditions while inviting applications saying that these are the minimum common conditions to be fulfilled and then pulled itself back by saying that banks will have their own eligibility criteria. What stopped it from mentioning all the common eligibility criteria on the first hand. We won't have appeared for the exam. Then even if bank would have asked for 99.99% in graduation for interviews, we would have not bothered towards it?
7. In their earlier PO recruitment exercise, few banks asked for 55% in graduation or PG. Doesn't it make sense? If a candidate failed to score that much in his graduation but worked hard to score better in PG, did it make him lesser deserving or capable? Or he was supposed to graduate again to get a better percentage?
8. Consider this situation, a candidate with good percentage in graduation and with the minimum CWE score asked by the bank, or even with a good score.
Compare him with the candidate with the same CWE score and equal percentage in PG. Who is better?
9.Mr. Balachandran in an interview with business line- The Hindu (Read this - http://www.thehindubusinessline.com/industry-and-economy/banking/article2792099.ece) , quoted that many universities ask for higher percentage to declare the minimum cut off marks for admission in their respective courses. Agreed! But they don't invite the application from the students who don't belong to the prospective and qualified candidates pool. For e.g. for admission into B.A. English Hons. many colleges conduct written examination for admissions. But do they first say that anybody can sit in the examination and after qualifying the candidate they ask for minimum % in 10+2? No, they invite the applications from the candidates with minimum % in English or overall % in 10+2 for appearing in the exam and then choose the students from that pool. And that is the bone of contention over here.
We need guidance from the experts here. How can we move ahead for a PIL in this regard, kindly suggest.

Employees in TNEB are acquired B.Com.,degree through open-university system without passing +2/Pre-university course.The government of Tamilnadu has issued a G.O. in this regard that those degree obtained without got through the +2/Pre-university will not be considered for appointment and as well as promotions.The TNEB has issued a boards proceedings based on the G.O.for implementing the same in TNEB after nearly one and half years (at a later date ) stating to be given effect from the date of issue of the G.O.(retrospective effect).But the people having influence are getting promotions without +2/Pre-university.whether candidates acquired degree in open-university without +2/Pre-university can get promotions if they approach the court?.If so suggest the lawyer.
