i have some problem in my ssc memo my father name`s Mr.Parsharamlu mis spelled that Mr.Parsharamulu it was the mistake could u give suggestion to me.another all certificates in that Mr.Parsharamlu, in ssc memo only "U"extra Added it was the Problem

I want to know that how to frame issue in the given case from both the sides.
The case is as follows :
--A and B are TV artist. while working together they fall in love with each other and by the consent of their respective parents they got married on 1.02.2005. As A(groom) is from a very rich and influential family A's father stated to B's(bride) parents that we are going to bear the expenses of marriage as it the question of our reputation. Even Before marriage his parents put a condition that B will not work as artist afterward and both B(bride)and her parents agreed on this condition.
--After the marriage A and B went to Honeymoon at Malaysia where A in the state of drunkenness fought with Hotel Manager and when B went to control the situation created by A he not only abuse B but also slapped her.
--The day after the said incident A went to B and apologized for the same and promised that he will quit his bad habits.But soon B realized that it was just a promise and nothing else.
--A loved children very much but don't want child too soon. So their were differences in between them on this issue which resulted into daily quarrels between them.
--On 10.04.2009 B gave birth to the baby boy.
--B left the house on 10.06.2009 stating that is tired of quarrels and shifted to Thane and continued to work as TV artist.
--In between this period A enroll himself in Rehabilitation Centre and left all his bad habits soon.
--After that A went to B and tried to convince B to live with him. B didn't allow A to meet with his son.
--B also desired to cohabit-ate with A but at the same time didn't want to left her work which A was asking to leave.
--During this period, a magazine publishes the story of affair between B with her Co-Star.
--B filed a petition in Civil Court asking for restitution of conjugal rights and maintenance of her son. The court granted the same.
--A went for appeal asking for divorce.
Now Dear Experts! please tell me how to frame issues and how to start work on this case.

dear experts, In my matriculation certificates in 10th,My name is MD
SAIFUTTAUHID and from 12th to engineering my name is MD SAIFUL
TAUHID and everything is same in all document.i had missed the
timeline of my school board to correct this. now i am afraid that in
future like govt job recuiretment i will face big problem.how to
overcome this problem? PLZ reply sir i am so afraid . What should i do

Dear sir,
There was a mistke in my friends date of birth in 10th marksheet (his dob is different in 9th and 10th class bcz of mistake), which continued till engineering, now he is in govt job. After Army chief case, he is concerned whether he will lose his job or what. Kindly note that he no way benifited in gettig admission in engg or getting the govt job, with that mistake in his date of birth in 10th mark sheet.
kindly help with ur exper advice.

Hello sir i am a bc-e student from Andhra Pradesh want to apply obc certificate needed for the recruitment in central jobs,i got CENTRAL LIST OF OBCs FOR THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Muslims:12011/68/93-BCC(C ) dt 10.09.93
12011/9/2004-BCC dt 16.01.2006) from which it is clear that muslims can apply for obc certificate,so i need to ask is that true if so how and where can i get those certificate.

In a divorce case if respondent files an interim application to send himself for medical checkup, should the petitioner file a reply for the same? If petitioner has no objection in allowing the interim application, can petitioner avoid filing reply?

Mr. Ramsay sues Mustafa online Ltd(MOL) for allowing a subscriber Raj to use its chatroom for making video tapes and photographs of child Pornography in which ramsay's minor son appears.
