A few days ago i have aksed a question on this website and in reply many of the respected lawyers replied to post full query.so i am again giving my problem with detailed description.
At present i am working as an assistant in govt.job(group C).I want to know that,i got my job on 12th basis(intermediate)as 12th was the minimum required qua.needed for the job but did a cheating in 3rd part of grad exam and so does not pass my grad because of this.But i have already submitted my 1st & 2nd year marksheet to my respective department.so will my job be terminated if the department later knows in the veification procedure that i have cheated in my grad 3rd part?
It is my request to all the lawyers that please give ur needy advice in this regard.

Need help on enrolment in delhi

Sir,

I am going to enroll in delhi. I have completed amlost all requirement but moral character certificate is not ceritfied due to my home town is Ghaziabad(NCR). According to delhi bar council moral character certificate should be cerified by any advocate which have exp. more than 10 years in delhi.
Please help me to get enroll. in delhi.

C-form

can u please clear my doubts regarding issue of c-form by purchasers---
Suppose A purchased respective Qty in the Quarter but received some in the Respective Quarter(qtr) and balane in next, so he issued c-form for only the respective qty Recd by him in the Respective Quarter..so the difference arises as Seller Show full Quantity sold by him in the resp.qtr. whereas purchaser issued c-form ,only for the qty recd by him? Cast certificate

dear sir
i am having cast certificate issued by distict Taisildar , SEBC (Socially and educationally backward) in that certificate
written that "he or she is belongs to patra tanti "and he or she doesnot belongs to any cremenary layer

kindly clear my confusion regarding the matter, weather this certificate is OBC Catagory or SC catagory
