Answer sheets of few students of my class have been inapropriately marked . After applying for revalution though marks have increased but still many of them have failed .We want to file a case against university & want the answersheets to be checked in court .What should we do for that.
Dear Sir,
I took admission in a University through distance mode for M.Phil by
producing my MBA certificates. At the time of joining they gave me the
admission and I appeared for the exams and I cleared the exams. Now
the problem is that, when I am going for collecting my mark sheets and
provisional's they asked me to show the originals which I produced at
the time of admission. Now when I produced them, they are saying that
MBA certificates are not UGC recognized. But at the time of admission
they havent said anything about the nonrecognition of my certificates.
Because of that I thought that though they are not recognized by UGC
they might accepted admission taking them as equivalence UGC
recognition. Now after examinations I lost money and my time and now
they are saying the certificates are not valid.
So please advise me this for further action.
Thanks & Regards,
Siddharth Shukla
