I have a problem in my date of birth sir.my 10th and 12th certificates are having a wrong date of birth.original D.O.B is 14-12-1992 but certificates D.O.B is 30-01-1990.this is affect my future.please help me to change my D.O.B..please

After the judgment of division bench of punjab and haryana high court the degrees have been declared invalid. what will be the future of a person who is in service on the basis of said degrees.

sir my name is sivaprasad, and i want to change my name to "kishor".my ssc,intermediate,b,tech certificates are with sivaprasad name.if we imagine now my name kishor,now if i want to apply a Govt. job then, with what name i have to apply? either sivaprasad or kishor?

myself jerin joseph, in all my academic certificates till my graduation my date of birth is 30/10/1992.. but my original date of birth is 30/09/1992 ,,as i have my original date of birth in my birth certificate...as now i am planning to move to uk for mba, so i have to make both birth certificate and academic certificate with same date of birth,, as my father was in army ,so we almost changed many school across india, so its difficult to change the date of birth in academic certificate, so i want to change the dATE OF BIRTH IN MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SO WHAT SHOULD I DO AND ALSO MENTION WHAT TIME IT WILL TAKE TO CHANGE DATE OF BIRTH IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE........PLEASE REPLY

Delay of joining by a company
Sir, I completed my graduation in 2012, I was selected by a MNC IT company by campus recruitment which gave offer letters(letter of intent)then. Via mail it also promised us joining before July 2012
After completion of graduation, the company gave joining to students of few universities only. And for the rest it conducted a test, said,whoever clears the test in first attempt will get Joining soon but failed students have to go for another test.After conducting a test, due to some reasons it gave away its idea of conducting the second test for the failed candidates, and also stated it will give joining to all with preference to the ones cleared in the test.
Now it has been an year, we(both) are still waiting for our joining, shall we sue the company against the false promise.
