Sir/Madam, Please advise me for doing law graduation. Is it advisable to do law after passing HSC or Passing T.Y.B.Com (i am studying in HSC COMMERCE). please guide me to what is the best option for the doing LAW ?

QUESTION;
IS ARTICLE TRAINING IS AN EXPERENCE IN GOVT. OFFICE.IF THEY HAVE REQUIRED THE FOLLOWING EXPERENCE FOR THE POST OF ACCOUNTANT.
(1) Minimum 5 years experience in REGULAR SERVICE on a post with the nature of work of accounts
I also want to know that the 3 years article training is calculate as an experence or it is a course training.
FOR EXPERENCE:
Employee & employer relation is must for any experence
FOR ARTICLE TRAINING
In article training CA institute cleare that the relation ship between article & principle is student & principle.
please provide me the legal opnion on the above point

There are 2 defendant in this high court civil suit, which is recently transferred to city civil court in which Plaintiff has not filled any rejoinder / reply to defendant reply till date.
defendant No one's power of attorney holder has filled written statement but almost after 1 year of civil suit was filled by plaintiff.
defendant No 2. has still not filled written statement after 3 years of civil suit was filled by plaintiff.
my query is:
1) on this stage of suit can plaintiff fill rejoinder / reply to defendant's reply?
2) can plaintiff fill rejoinder/reply to written statement filled by defendant and under which CPC provision?
3) can defendant No.2, submit written statement on this stage of suit or here after?
4) injunction plead is still pending.
5) since last two dates defendant and his advocate are absent. what would be the impact of such absence?

my cbse tenth certificate reads 'R.P.SUBHASH'(i passed 1oth in 2001 in a school in gujarat, and i am presently residing in kerala). All other certificates following that including my graduation/ registration/ driving licence/ pan/.. have my name as 'SUBHASH.R.P'.All other details in all certificates are same. I am going to join post graduate course if this problem arises, will a one and the same certificate be ok?. kindly help

how PCFC disbursement procedure happens if company also availing cc from same bank ?
how to find out PCFC rate of interest???
if bank is charging higher interest on cc than mentioned in sanction letter then bank is charging interest at base rate+ fluctuating rate then how to find out that rate ??

I am a student of company secretary and I want to do a 3 year LLB. It not possible for me to do a regular course now.So I want to do it from distance education. I understand that I will not able to practice. But that's ok. All I need to know that by doing a LLB through distance, will it help me in my cv and also will it qualify me to join any LPO in future. I want to do a LLB to enhance my opportunity since my main focus will be company secretary. Whether LLB can be done by distance education.
I have listen 2 years distance education is not authorized by bar council of india and cannot do practice.
Further i got to know 3 years course of LLB by distance is valid for Bar council and can do practice.
I want to confirm whether 3 years distance is valid for practice and BCI.
As i am working, so whether any class will be required to be attended in 3 years.
in Which university i can do LLB by distance in 3 years in delhi/ncr which offer distance learning.

Spelling mistake in name in different educatuinal qualification certificate
One of my friend has different spelling of his name in Matric and NCVT certificate and there is a mistake in his fathers name also his name is PARUIN KUMAR GUPTA AND HIS FATHERS NAME IS BHAGWAN PRASAD IN HIS MATRIC CERTIFICATE.
BUT IN NCVT CERTIFICATE HIS NAME IS PARVIN KUMAR GUPTA AND FATHERS NAME IS BHAGWAN PRASAD GUPTA. SO THERE IS A SPELLING MISTAKE IN HIS MATRIC CERTIFICATE i.e. PARVIN BECAME PARUIN AND HIS FATHERS NAME DID NOT INCLUDE SIRNAME GUPTA IN MATRIC CERTIFICATE LIKE NCVT CERTIFICATE.
HE BECOMES CONFUSED WHILE FILLING GOVT. JOB FORMS.
WHAT SHOULD HE DO . IS THERE ANY WAY FOR CORRECTIOIN IN THE CERTIFICATES, OR SHOULD HE GOT AN AFFIDAVIT DONE.
WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION
KINDLY SUGGEST.
