'x' a prostitute solicited the customers thruogh the windows and balconies . Soliciting coustomers through the streets is an offence. Can the solicity through window and balconies be treated as offence ? Decide.
[This the case given to 3years LLB students who are prusing their 3rd semister under Andhra University(andhra pradesh),in their question paper.] pls dont think in other wise

Dear Sir,
Myself Gaurav Gujrati, I have completed my law (Regular) from University of Mumbai of academic year 2013-2014. Now i want to Enroll My self in Bar Council of Maharastra And Goa. for this I have taken my Enrollment form from Department of BCMG.
My Query is that As My Permanent Address is of Varanasi (U.P.) and My Correspondence address is of Mumbai.
As In BCI Form there are two Addresses have been mentioned. First one is Permanent Addresses and Second One is Native Addresses.
There is No Column for Correspondence Addresses.
SO which Addresses Should I Write in Permanent Addresses and Native Addresses.
Please Clarify me as soon as possible.

'A' and 'B' sold a certian business to 'C' and agreed not compete with him for certain period . After some time before the expiry of agreed period , they organised a pravite Ltd . Company becomeing the principal share holder and directors and started a similar business . What rights is available to 'C' aganist the Company?

Hello Sir,
I am being accused for a mental harassment of a girl whom I loved and approached for accepting my proposal. While approaching she gave few warning massages but I was ignoring her warning and approached second time to talk and resolve the matter but then she directly complained and humiliated me in the working group. After that incident I stopped everything and not communicated with her almost for a year but after an year I asked her few question which was related to my proposal. Here I was clear that I am not interested to have relationship but willing to clear few doubts. Then she again made a written complain in the department saying that I am mentally harassing her and approaching her again and again. Now actually I am being mentally harassed by the situation but can't do any thing. Do Indian Law have any rule for me or am I really an accuse?
Please reply for my query. I am attaching a copy of the mail after which the complained has been filled. Please find the attachment.

My query is, can we show personal/household items such as furniture , sofa etc in balance sheet which is being prepared for housing loan purpose of a person engaged in marketing activity like Medical representatives or Salesperson who files I.T.R.- 4.

Myself nishant,and need to know that if a employee joins a organisation on fake cert. and later resigns from the job on account of selected somewhere else and later the earlier employers comes to know that the past employee had used the fake cert to get the job then can the previous employer take action against him?

Hi ,
Greeatings of the day,
A lock out was declared by employer. Then the appropriate government refers the disputes for adjudication. The employer does not lift the lockout . Is the lockout illegal
