Dear sir,
I have one situtation that I was selected for interview for govt exam.My family is shifted from one town to other town in same district from last 4 months.I have OBC in previous town and did not have OBC now in present address. I was ask the thaslidar for OBC in present address he did not give the OBC certifiacte Because one year is not completed in present town.please give where can i will take the OBC for applying the job.

My cousin brother has done M.D in Neurology from Reputable medical Institute of India and during is tenure there was differences has been created between his head of department where he was threatened to leave the course or else he will terminate his candidature . Aggrieved over the attitude my cousin approached to the association and because of their intervention he could complete the tenure but during the tenure he started harassing him by various ways. During the final examinations because of his influence, head failed him intentionally as result he appeared again in examinations and this time he put all of his efforts but again failed him which was shocking to him as well as to me as well as to me.
My cousin has good academic track record as he was selected in UPSC examinations but due to the personal rivalry and grudge with the Head he deliberately has been ruining his carrer
The examination through has been taken by external examiner but Head played vital role as he too be the examiner appointed on all occasions
In such situation, what can be done..PREVSIOUSLY IT HAS BEEN WITNESSED THAT MANY BRIGHT DOCTORS COMMITING SUICIDES BECAUSE OF PEROSNAL RIVALRY..

this declaration of pursuing two degrees at the same time is validated from which year ... if i pursue two degrees during this current year 2013 will it be valid or not... or i should wait for the next session .. please answer

I have completed M.A.(English) through correspondence in 2012 (2010-12) and also completed B.ED(one year) in 2012 through Regular mode.Are my both degrees valid and if I am eligible to apply for Government services such as PGT posts in KVS and Navodaya Himalayas.Recently UGC has permitted dual degree courses in India.Are these valid for someone who have had dual degree prior to 2013 as in my case.Please help me.

Correction of surname in my certificates
Hi Sir,
I have been passed out from my school in 2007..starting from my school i don't have my surname on my certificates..which the actual name is "Sheri Sharath reddy" but unfortunately i didn't get my surname on my certificate which i have been given certificate as " Sharath Reddy" which is followed same as in Intermediate & even in Btech..But, in my Rationcard , Pancard I have the correct name along with Surname..Can u please suggest me the solution for this inorder to apply for my passport.
