My name is DHEERAJ KUMAR NARSINGH SAHANI in 10th General register but it is wrongly mentioned as DHIRAJ KUMAR HARSING SAHANI in 11th,12th and also in B.sc certificate how can i change my father's name.

If a sales agreement was made before 1985 & the sales agreement was written on white paper with both the seller and the witnessner were signed on it and the full amount was paid.and the agreement was made without any time limit. in that agreement the seller mentioned "that the buyer can register the land at any time he wants".and he will be ready at any movement to register the land .
In case after 25 or 30 years if the seller refused to come to registration or trying to sell the land to another person what will happen ? Who will win the case the seller or the buyer
Note: but the land was yearly agticultered by the buyer he is the one who is cultivating the crops & he is also paying "kisthey" for that land.

A candidate had been debarred form a university for a certain period. later he completed the degree. and took master degree too. does this makes him unfit for the government job? There is a question in attestation form "Have you ever been debarred from any Examination or restricted by any University or any other educational authority / institution ?" what should we answer here?

A candidate is debbared in university examination is obstacle to get government job . He was selected for central govrnment job recently. In the appointment attestaion form there is a question have you ever been debbared in any college or unversity exams.options are Yes/No . If yes give particular details. he was debbared but what he was answered to that. Any problem to give the details.

sir i took educational loan from allahabad bank in 2009 180000 for my b.tech 2008-2012.but upto now i am unable to get any job and repay my loan .now bank asked me for ots scheme and repay only principal.now my outstanding is 3.2 lakhs.but now i am preparing for competetive exams .should i go for this ots?wheather it will affect me in future?if i get any job in bank wheather it will be a problem?please help me .......

"Is there any law prohibiting people to open a account in bank with false names and other incorrect information?"
Whether Benami Transactions Prohibition Act prohibits people from opening fictitious accounts in banks ?
