Respected sir , since according to ugc guidelines anyone can't take two degree simuntaneously however it may from one regular and one from distance or both regular or both distance bit not awareness of this fact my brother took admission in b.a. through distance and b.sc. regular , he has completed both the degree , since it is not legal ; what action may taken against him , would both the degree may cancel or one of them will cancel and if one which one will be cancel if someone complaints against him as some people are often threating us

Sir,on 27 Jan 2017 I was trying to recharge my prepaid phone via my Airtel app of rs 345/- with online banking service. but recharge got failed automatically and my account has transected with 20,000rs Airtel .I placed a complaint to the company but they are misleading n repeatedly making me fool by saying it's not there fault. but I hv proof of all transaction in Airtel and that too. Site of Airtel is clearly visible with transaction of 20,000. Company is arguing they don't get that money. But my bank has too clearified by giving me tansection I.d. that those cash has been transfered to Airtel only.
Sir kindly plz help out with this thing I'm student and due to this I'm unable to study .Because daily they use to call me by new attendents asking me for, what the problm , ,mail the proofs and only assuring me that they will investigate . I already did everything while placing my complaint to Airtel and all proofs regarding transaction
Sir plz give me some guidance regarding this matter soon as possible .

my son's name in aadhar card & birth certificate is mentioned as pranay balaji and in xth & XII class as B.Pranay. will this be considered as name mismatch.kindly advise

respected sir,
i am sundar from andhra pradesh.
i am preparing for civil serivice examinations. last month when i was going on a bike in hyderabad,and i am riding avg speed 70.. the police man stops me and written a fir 336ipc on over speed.. i am really scared about this,because i was sure that i could crack the exam.. but this burden came on me.. what action they will take on me?? and there will be any effect on my examination?!. please guide me..

Respected Sir/Madam, I'm Ravi varma studying Bcom. I passed out my SSC in 2012 and there are small mistakes in my SSC Memo Where my surname was printed as 'MOROLU' instead of 'MORA' and father name as 'SATTI REDDY' instead of 'SATHI REDDY'as it is our mistake. I'm trying hard to change for past 1 year but I can't do. Can I have any chance to make corrections in my SSC memo at this time if any please help me out to find a solution. Thanking you

Sir i was charged under excise act 68/1/14 for drinking in college 4 years back. I was taken to the district and sessions court, where i was fined 200 rs , which i paid in front of CJM ,the next day..Now, i want to know whether i can get a govt job , under this case ? I am preparing for SSC and Bank jobs. Plz reply...
In case if not, what steps should i take to make myself eligible, as i am on verge of getting a good reputed central job.. PLz Help

my wife has cleared state psc exam for lecturer post now for document verification submission form she has to show her marital status but the problem is that we did not have marriage certificate and her husband(me) has been working in Kerala so what can we do . Plz give your valuable suggestion

Sir mine fathers name in mine caste certificate and 10th marksheet is different and there is no way i can get it to be same, will upsc disqualify me?
