Sir i have an obc certificate issue in 2009.in 2017 i clear wbpsc exam.at the time of interview i saw my father name incorrectly spelled.they suggest me to give an affidavit.and i submited affidavid to their office(wbpsc office).and after came to home i apply a new obc certificate.& i got the new one.now i clear interview too.is there any problem at the time of certificate verification???bcoz i have two obc certificate now.please reply me what can i do now???its urgent.

1.sale deed was executed and same had been submitting for registration, 2.Due to some reasons, it was refused by the register for registration. 3.Mean time,seller died because of some illness, 4.Now the question is whether the buyer can enforce the legal heirs of the deceased person for registration.

Sir, i have submitted my original certificates ( Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, 10th & 12th Mark Sheets) during my Admission in my College for the course of D.Ed ... So now It's been 1 Year they have taken my 10th & 12th Marks Sheet for Verification... and still now they r not returning my Marks Sheets, they are saying to pay the Full Course Fee and I have financial problems in my home that-is-why I want to do job and still they are saying that your Certificates are in university.... As i know that they should keep our "Transfer Certificate" & "Migration Certificate"... but they are not Giving back my "10th & 12th Marks Sheet". All local students got there Marks Sheets Back, but here problem is that I'm from Andaman & Nicobar Islands (Port Blair)..... Please Sir Help Me...! Me and My Family are suffering from some Financial Problem So I want to Help My Family by gaining some money..... I'm Requesting you all.... Please anyone help me....

Sir I belong to obc category from yadav community that is recognised as obc in central government by name Ahir.While in my caste certificate caste is printed as aheria by mistake which is also an obc community in central government nd now I submit my certificate in recruitment body's office.So please tell me will it create any problem in future??

sir my tenant lodge False FIR angainst me and my family members after investigation police put the closer report (final report) means no case is made in the court and court accept the closer report and close the case. sir my querry is that can i face problem in gov job in the time of police verification.

I have completed my graduation(BTech) in year 2010 and joined one MNC (private company) in 2010.During my job I started full time(regular ) MBA programme from AICTE approved institute in year 2014 and completed my MBA in 2016 while continuing job in MNC. I was in IT support work while working in MNC which provided me time flexibility(shifts) to enroll for course and to complete it.
I have applied for post of MT(Management Trainee) at one of PSU(Public Sector Unit/Govenment of India Enterprise) and have cleared the written test as well shortlisted for Interview round where no experience is required for post.So kindly answer the below query:-
1) Will my work experience will be counted/considered by PSU?
2) Will my MBA degree will be considered valid by PSU?
3) What would I need to do at interview :-
A)undisclose my work experience as it's not mandatory for for applied post ?
B) disclose my work experience and justify the panel how I managed both which is actually true?
Please suggest.
