sir tis is manish pursuing CS i want to do LLB through DISTANCE EDUCATION through IGNOU can i do CS&LLB togeather,,, given de reason dat IGNOU& ICSI(CS governing body) have struck a deal in de recent past ,,is there ny provision binding CS students from not doing LLB TOGEATHER,,,for dat matter does LAW BOARD hav ny provision plz help me in tis regard!!

I had given practical exam, during which the examiners gave marks with pencil initially and latter these were manipulated. I had filed an RTI with university, if it is allowed to give marks in pencil during practicals initially, and latter change. Despite of no such written information, the university stated that yes it is allowed, in fact, justified it saying that this avoid mathematical mistake and cancellation etc.
It is possible to ask for reexamination? what are chances of wining the case, and under what time, please help urgently.
(exams were held in December 09, result declared on 10th FEB, 2010; myself has failed)

Respected Experts,
As there is a case as against the orders of Bar Counsel of India in respect of Age Limit for 3 years & 5 Years for LLB, pending before the Supreme Court.
I want to know whether the said cases are disposed off are still pending.

Greetings to All,
A friends sister from Pune India has done her HSC with 46% marks in the year 2003. After that just done external courses in Tally and Photoshop etc.
She must be approx. 25 years of age. She is inetersted in pusuing Law. Kindly guide as to if she can do Law externally at this position and if yes then where does one have to apply. Also if it can be done externally, then how many years course would it be and where would the exams have to be given. Also would this be recognized as the same as other advocates/lawyers allowed to practice whether under a senior or seperate.
This answer would help me in helping someone I could educate.
