Hi
I would like to know that is it compulsory for a student to have 45% in graduation to get addmission in 3yrs LLB. If so then why are univ. which are even recognised by Bar council allowing candidates to write the entrance exam to any graduates.
Also in the BAR COUNCIL INDIA website in the section CHAPTER II
Standards of Professional Legal Education
No. 7. Minimum marks in qualifying examination for admission it uses 'may be'.Can anybody explain this.

I AM INTENDING TO DO LLB.HAVING DONE MY BCOM I CAN ONLY ENROLL FOR THE 3 YEAR LAW DEGREE COURSE.I AM BEING UNABLE TO DECIDE THAT WHETHER SHOULD I GO FOR LLB FROM INDIA OR FROM ABROAD.PLEASE ADVICE AS TO WHAT WOULD BE THE BETTER CAREER OPTION AT THE EARLIEST.

Dear members,
While writing a defination of someting as per law in an exam, it is very difficult to write exactly. Example, In an exam question comes as, write a defination of "Customer" as per CCI act 2002?
What is best way of writing? Need your suggestion.

being a fresh law graduate i am practicing in district and sessions court Bhubaneswar as a lawyer since last 3 years now i want to do PGDIPR course (post graduate diploma in intellectual property rights) from IGNOU for getting job in Delhi in legal field so it is request to the club members to suggest me whether PGDIPR is enough for me or side by side i will do any other course for the betterment of my job?

I have completed my Btech (IT) - regular -anna university and doin my MBA - corres - in madras university. I m running a company, i m facing many legal issues so i wanna do Law.
