This is further query regarding "Enrolment with bar council".
Earlier an answer has been given by Mr. A.V. Vishal.
I want to ask Mr. Vishal that are their any chances of Bar Council rejecting the application. If it is so than how many persent. If any case law is sited than that will be of additional help.

A friend of mine is doing law. He is in finalyear(III) and want to be a practising lawyer.
Before getting admission in law course (regular) he was doing business as proprietor. After getting admission, he moved to place of institution but the business was looked after for six-seven months by his father. Afterwards he closed his business. Now he is worried that will he be able to get himself enrolled with bar council because as part of enrollment, he will have to give an undertaking about the actuall facts.
Does the facts hamper his enrolment or he can get himself enrolled as an advocate with bar council by true statement of facts? Please site if any case laws in this regard.

Whom to consult to prepare file of enrollment for Bar Counci
Sir
To prepare file for enrollment with Bar Council of State, which category of lawyer should be consulted who can assist in preparing affidavits stating crucial facts?
Are there lawyers also who complete the task of preparing file for enrollment?
if yes then what is the range of their fee?
I shall be thankful to the experts for providing me adequate knowledge regarding the same.
