Hello Sir,
I am a student of CA, presently pursuing at final level inclined towards going for practice in future n was considering the opportunity for going for LLB as well .
I m frm Indore n need ur advice as to what r the benefits for going for LLB and what is better to go for a correspondance course of LLb or to join the local university( DAVV) affiliated to Bar council of India N will it make a big difference if I am doin it from any recognised law college of india as I am doin my CA also.
Ur reply n help in this regard is really appreciated..

sir, i have HEARED FROM MY FRIENDS that many colledges in ORISSA provide LLB DEGREE in vouge. SO do they have any value in corporate world ? I want to do llb, so which option better either from orissa goverment colleg OR thru correspndance ? which would be having value, of these 2 option..... i m totally confused ?? plz help me, SIR/MADAM

sir, i have recently completed company secretaryship. but, now i want to enhance my value in corporate world. so, please suggest me best combination (course/degree)with CS. And if, u suggest me LLB then plz mention area of specialisation also. IS there any oter option available for me ? as i m least interested in LLB B'COZ, i can do llb only thru correspndance which would be almost valueless..... i m totally confused ?? plz help me, SIR/MADAM

i was born on 7th may 1988 at mumbai in my birth records there is a mistake in spelling of my name including my father's and mother's.
but the Municipal oficers says that they can correct only my fathers and mothers name in the birth certificate but the childs name cannot be corrected.
please tell me wether there is any provision in Birth and Death reg. Act of maharashtra for correction in childs name or not and how this can be done.
I hav changed my name in Gazzette office though they are not ready to change the same.
