my wife had been passed her B Com examination with 44.87% (359/800). she had been addmitted as a regular student in bharuch law college affiliate with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in the year 2010-2011, in LL B first year... she had been passed her exam with 50%, prescribed by the university....
at the time of addmission in2nd year LL B General, honourable principle said , that u have get the letter from bar council of india the u are eligable to get an addmission in 2nd year of LL B General.
my wife was took her addmission on the rules made by b c i in its resoluation inthe year 1998.
i am attaching some ,pl check it properly, and tell me what i shall do in this regard, whether my wife is entitl to get an addmission in 2nd year of LL B General or not?
i m eagerly waiting for your reply...
i further states that, i had also wrote a male to honourable b c i as on dtd:27/06/2011 16:02 pm hours.

dear sir,
i m article assistant under chartered accountant. i want to know from u as a guide & guru whether these expenditure should be capitalized or not which have been enclosed in excel sheet s i have discussed with management & they give thier opinion but i m not satisfied with thier answers. sir, can u tell me what should be real picture. company is manufacturing side cover, sheet cover of bike & Cars. it use raw material plastic dana to convert it into finished goods. sir i m sending u sheet in which company's opinion is also given. plz send it to me back after giving your opinion on this sheet. my email id is pankajmudgalca@gmail.com

I am 46 years old and commerce graduate and working as a accountant. I am interested to do a llb course from hyderabad in evening college. is it helpful to me in future.

hello
am doing my final year computer science engineering. Suddenly i got interested in mastering law. Cant it be made possible.Is it so difficult for an engineer to cope up with an entirely differen field like law? I have good analytical skills and interst in studying law.cant i make it? I request the experts to help me out.

For karanataka - is there any special provision for changing date of birth - in various documents like
sslc marksheet/ school leaving certifcate/
pan card / passport etc.
