I like to have an M.Tech from Vinayaka Missions University, a deemed university. Is the course M.Tech from VM University approved by AICTE??

There has been a case wherein an international student had joined an educational institution in India, but during the continuance of the study, the visa granted got expired and the student continues studies without renewing the same.
Please do confirm the duties, liabilities & responsibilities of the educational institution in such cases

sir i have completed my BALLB in 2010. now i m in llm 2nd year. i want to enroll in delhi bar council. sir what should be written in gap affidavit tell me. whether it is permissbile to do enrollment at the time of pursuing llm course.

I have just completed my LLM from Mumbai University. The University has informed me that I have scored higest marks in my subject and I will be getting a Gold medal for that. They have told me to produce a copy of my registration with the Bar council.
The actual condition stipulated is "Will practice law at the Bar".Which means that I need not be a practicing Advocate but I have to give an assurance that I will practice in future.
Is my interpretation correct. Are the University Officials right in there approach. As far a my knowledge goes I think the word "WILL" is expressed for a future tense. Can I argue with them on this issue.

My friends institution watchman was bitten by a cobra and he died on the spot while on duty.
His family members and public heard this and about 400 people gathered before the institution, they did not bury the body but demand Rs.5,00,000/- (five lakh) as the compensation amount for the death.otherwise they take a legal action.
what is the liabilty of my friend in this? What kind of legal action lie against him? Any advice for my friend?

Sslc and other certificate names
Hello,Sir
Here is my problem. My name in SSLC Certificate(kerala)has my name as SYAM RAJ R.
But my all other certificates and marklists of plus two,degree an PG has my name as SYAMRAJ R .I want my name changed in my SSLC certificate as SYAMRAJ R. I approached my old school(10th),but in the admission register they had my name as SYAM RAJ R,that is as in my SSLC certificate.When i appoarched the Public Examination Board,they said Name will be as in School Admission register.Sir,please Kindly suggest me a way so that this problem can be solved.Also,will this sort of name problem(means the space between name parts )will create problems.
I shall be greatful for an early reply.
