sir i belongs muslim in Andhra pradesh but I dont have BC-E certificate but i have OBC certificate sir please tell me OBC certificate is elgible for state govt jobs?

if a person buys land from government, what rights he possess on the land? how he should acquir the right on that land? what about the previous deeds and possession rights..whether he can mortgage the property which he has purchased from government.?

i have taken admission to mca in mumbai university through management quota
but i had dte allotted in ibsar karjat college but since i m handicapped i took admission near my home in thane through management quota
At the time of applying for cet and cap i had no handicapped certificate so i applied as a non-handicaped candidate.
so my first query is whether dte allotted handicapped candidate get fee concession or not?
if yes then may i get also fee concession?
and if yes then please tell me how and what will procedures for that!

I am a professional working in the Development sector for over 10 years. Recently I have developed strong interest in legal matters, and would like to pursue LLB course through distance education. The prime objective for pursuing this course is to allow me to pursue (Only some need based) cases at Courts of India (U.P).
I would be grateful if I am suggested some college/universities which can help me in fulfill this objective.

my client has given certain undated cheques for the bills outstanding.
on his letter head there is a condition "kindly note all above cheques are only for the purpose to show your bankers as a security deposit and confirmation of outstanding balance with us.pls do not deposit the cheques unless an until you get our written confirmation,kindly acknowledge."
i have only put my initials on the above and it does not even bear my company rubber stamp.
1) what can i do to recover my outstanding amounts?
2) how can i use these cheques?
3) what if he does a stop payment of the cheques?
4) do i have to wait till he gives me a written confirmation to deposit the cheques as i have just put my initials and what is its legality?
i even have the delivery challans bearing his signature and some have his company stamps also.
He also has mentioned cheque nos,bank name, and amount on my outstanding ledger on which he has written "above mentioned cheques has been given for this statement(outstanding)".
pls suggest a way in which i can get my hard earned money back bcoz i think he dosent intend to repay.
